Pansiyon küçük ama çok güzel bir eski Rum evi. Konumu oldukça güzel. Odalar genel olarak temiz ve büyüklük olarak yeterli. Memnuniyet beklentiye göre değişebilir ama bizim için temiz olması ve konumunun merkezi yerde olması önemli idi. Bu bakımdan biz memnun kaldık. En büyük sorun sokakların dar olmasından dolayı park yeri ama 13 Nisan Caddesi'nde zorlanmadan yer bulabildik. Ancak park yeri bulamama korkusu ile iki gün aracımızı yerinden çıkarmadık. Onun yerine gezmek istediğimiz yerlere minibüsle gittik. İyi ki de öyle yapmışız. Çünkü Ayvalık genel olarak park sıkıntısı olan bir ilçe ve minibüsle ulaşım hem kolaylık sağlıyor, hem de daha rahat hareket imkanı veriyor. Zaten her yere minibüsle gitme imkanı var.
Otel sahibi bizi çok nazik karşıladı ve her konuda son derece anlayışlı davrandı. Rezervasyonda bizim hatamız olmasına rağmen çözüm odaklı yaklaştı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Böyle güler yüzlü ve misafirperver bir insan sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten çok rahat hissettik. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkezi, bu da büyük bir avantaj. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum. Özellikle otel sahibinin misafirperverliği ve yardımseverliği bu yeri özel kılıyor ☀️
Yorumları okuduğumda genel olarak herkes olumsuz bir durumu paylasmış, kendi deneyimlerimi anlatacak olursam benim için hijyeni güzel bir odaydı. 2 gece konaklıyordum bu sebepten dolayı odanın buyuklugune çok takilmadim. Kliması var oda büyüklüğü açısından evet çok büyük bir yer beklemeyin lakin minimalist ve kendine özel bir tarzı var. Otopark konusu hakkında yorum yapamıyorum, araba kullanmadım ama konumu rahat bir şekilde bulunabilir. Pansiyon sahibi gayet ilgiliydi her şey için teşekkür ederim.
Ayvalıkda bir Rum evi, küçük şirin, olabildiği kadar düzenli, Mustafa bey'e ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum, pansiyondan ayrıldıktan sonra bile başımıza gelen talihsiz bir olaydan sonra bir yakınımızmış gibi gelip yardımcı oldu.
