Üç günlük Ağva tatilimiz sırasında tamamen tesadüfen keşfettiğimiz bir mekân oldu. Şansıma, mekanı Fırat Şef’e sormuş olduk; rezervasyonumuzu da kendisi yaptı. İyi ki de yapmışız Mekânın atmosferi çok keyifli, çalışanların ilgisi ve yaklaşımı gerçekten harika. Aperatifler, ekşi mayalı ekmek, mezeler, deniz levrek, kaburga ve dana bonfile oldukça lezzetliydi, tüm aile çok beğendik. Tatlı olarak denediğimiz volcano ve crème brûlée de çok başarılıydı, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Her lokmada şef dokunuşunu hissetmek gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Fiyatlar bu kalite ve standart için makul düzeyde. Başta Fırat Şef olmak üzere, Restoran Müdürü İsmail Bey’e ve ekibine çok teşekkür ederim. Olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğim tek konu, mekânda sigara içiminin fazla olmasıydı. Bizim dışımızdaki neredeyse tüm masalarda içiliyor olması biraz etkili oldu. Gitmeyi düşünenlere mutlaka rezervasyon yapmalarını öneririm. Umarım bu kalite ve standart hep böyle devam eder. Tekrar uğrama fırsatım olur diye umuyorum…
Ağva’da böyle harika bir mekan bulacağımızı asla tahmin etmezdik. Geçireceğimiz 2 günün birinde elvora’ya birinde de başka bir restorana gideriz diye düşünüyorduk ama elvorada geçirdiğimiz ilk akşam sonrasında fikrimizi değiştirdik ve ikinci akşamımızda da elvoraya geldik. Menüde denemediğimiz bir şey kalmasın istedik. Fırat şefin leziz tabakları, restoran müdürü İsmail beyin ilgi alakası ve tüm ekibin profesyonelliği takdire şayan. Sadece yolumuz buraya düştüğünde değil, özellikle plan yapıp geleceğimiz türden harika bir restoran.
Tesadüfen yolumuzun düştüğü bi yer oldu iyi ki de olmuş :) Gözüm kapalı herkese tavsiye edeceğim tek yer Ağva’da. Abartı yok; ekibin güler yüzünden,ilgilerinden tutun yemeklerine , tatlılarından tutun kahvaltılarına,titizliklerine servislerine , fiyat performanslarına kadar her şey tek kelimeyle; Eeef saaa neeeydi 👌🏼 Hem gözünüzün hem de midenizin memnun ayrılacağı bi mekan. Fırat Şef ve İsmail Bey için ayrı parantez açmak istiyorum hem güler yüzleri hem de sunmuş olduğu lezzetli tabaklar karşısında hep gitmek istiyorsunuz. Başka bi yere gidince değişik bi şekilde hem suçluluk hem de pişmanlık duyuyorsunuz :) öyle bi samimiyet öyle eşsiz lezzetler sunuyorlar size yorumumu okuyup gidecek olanlara şimdiden afiyet olsun pişman olmayacağınıza eminim 😊( tatlı severlere şiddetle profiterolü tavsiye ederim )
Eşimle 2 günlük Ağva kaçamağımızda konakladığımız otelin hemen yanında böyle bir restorana gelmemiz büyük şans. Yorumları da okuyarak büyük bir beklentiyle geldik ve beklentimiz sonuna kadar karşılandı. Gecenin yıldızı kesinlikle lime creme brulee oldu. Fırat Yakut Şef’e ve çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.
