Söyleyecek çok fazla söz olduğunu düşünmüyorum; otele adım attığınız andan itibaren sizi etkileyen bir atmosfer karşılıyor. Girişte başlayan mimari sanat eserleri adeta sizi odanıza kadar eşlik ediyor. Otelin her köşesi ayrı bir estetik anlayış ve özen barındırıyor. Konumu harika, odalar harika, çalışanlar harika. İşini sahiplenen ve oteli kendi evi gibi gören ekip sayesinde siz de kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz. Ayrılırken arkanızdan su dökmeleri ise samimiyetlerini ve misafirperverliklerini gösteren çok hoş bir detay. Biz 14 Şubat etkinliği için tercih ettik. Genel anlamda her şey çok güzeldi. Sadece mutfak lezzetleri konusunda bir kez daha şans vermek isterim. Bunu da şöyle açıklayabilirim: Otel ambiyansıyla beklentiyi oldukça yukarı taşıyor. Bu nedenle menüde sunulan lezzetler bana biraz ortalama geldi. Ancak 14 Şubat yoğunluğunun etkisi olabileceğini düşünüyorum. Bir sonraki deneyimimizde restoranı tekrar deneyecek ve sonrasında yeniden değerlendirme yapacağım. Restoran fiyatları ise gayet makul seviyede. Kısacası; odaların konforu, konumu ve odalarda sunulan kişisel bakım ürünlerinden havlu, çarşaf, terlik ve bornoza kadar her detay kendinizi özel hissetmenizi sağlıyor. Otopark imkânı da mevcut. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. 😊
Tek kelime ile ‘HARİKA’. Bugün ailece bu güzel otelde yemek yeme fırsatımız oldu ve gerçekten çok keyifli bir gün geçirdik. Daha içeri girer girmez ortamın sıcaklığı ve çalışanların ilgisi insanı mutlu ediyor. Sipariş verdiğimiz her şey hem çok lezzetliydi hem de özenle hazırlanmıştı. Özellikle mutfakta emeği olan,kendisi ile tanışma fırsatımız da olan sevgili şef Yusuf TEZCAN Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. İşine kattığı emek ve sevgi tabaklara o kadar güzel yansımış ki her lokmada bunu hissettik. Bizim için hem lezzetli hem de şahane bir deneyim oldu. Böyle güzel bir ekibi bir arada görmekte çok değerli. Emeği geçen herkese gönülden teşekkür ederiz, kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.Datça’ya yolu düşen herkese şefimizden,bu lezzetli ellerden yemek yemeyi tavsiye ediyorum.
Balayı tatilimizde sezon kapalı olmasına rağmen palaia oteli tercih etmek istedik. Otele girişimizden itibaren bizi otel müdürü Altan Bey ve ekip olarak harika karşıladılar. Ben çölyak hastası olduğum için bu konuda da bilgililerdi ve benim taleplerimi yerine getirdiler. Odalar için diyecek pek bir şey yok çünkü her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Organik ve çevre dostu bakış açılarıyla ilerlendiği için oldukça iyi hissediyorsunuz. Kullanılan ürünlere bayıldık, kahvaltıda mandalina ve pancar reçeli ise harikaydı. Kasım ayında odamızdan direkt sahile geçiş yaparak denize girebildik :) Havuz tercih ettiğimiz günlerde ise havuz sevmeyen bir çift olmamıza rağmen havuzun içme suyu olması sebebiyle tercih ettik oldukça keyifliydi. Spa ise fiyat performans olarak beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşılayadı organik masaj yağıyla oldukça iyi bir deneyim yaşadık. Çıkışta bizi su dökerek yolcu etmeleri ise çok samimiydi :) İlgi ve alakalarından ötürü tatilimizi daha da keyifli kıldıkları için Altan Bey, Ayşegül hanım Cihan bey ve tüm palaia ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz! Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğiz.
Uzun zamandır hiçbir yer hakkında bu kadar detaylı bir yorum yazmamıştım. Otelin ambiyansını ve mimarisini inanılmaz beğendim. Datça’da bundan daha özenli ve daha keyifli bir yer olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Otelde kullanılan sabundan şampuana kadar her şey Datça’da üretilen organik ürünlerden oluşuyor. Restoran ise tek kelimeyle harika. Kahvaltı müthiş, akşam yemekleri ise adeta bir fine dining restoranda yemek yiyormuş hissi veriyor. Fiyatlar, sunulan ambiyans ve lezzetle kıyaslandığında fazlasıyla makul. Çalışanların enerjisi gerçekten çok yüksek. İçeride kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Otel sanki kocaman bir konak gibi. Akşam yemeklerinden sonra herkes odasına çekiliyor, sabahları ise konak avlusunda birlikte kahvaltı ediyormuşsunuz hissi oluşuyor.
