Ev yapimi pişileri, börekleri ve reçelleriyle bol çeşitli, lezzetli ve kaliteliydi. Hotelin konumu da Eski Datça sokaklarina ve mekanlarina yürüme mesafasinde. Balayımızın 4 gecesini Eski Datça’daki bu muhteşem yerde geçirdik. Otelin konumu, mimarisi, hizmetleri ve personeli gerçekten çok iyiydi. Ultava, Datça'nın tarihi merkezinde, yeşillikler içinde yer alıyor. Eski Datça’nın tam içinde olmak, otelin bahçesinde gezinmek çok keyifliydi. Otelin bahçesinin her köşesi o kadar güzel planlanmış ve peyzajı o kadar iyi yapılmıştı ki çiçek böcek sevmeseniz bile içinizi huzur kaplıyor. Oteli oluşturan birbirinden bağımsız 4 oda öyle zekice konumlandırılmış ki hem kimseyi rahatsız etmiyorsunuz hem de herhangi bir şekilde kişisel alanınızda rahatsız hissetmiyorsunuz. Odalarımız çok geniş ve konforluydu. Klima, şömine ve dış mekan jakuzisi gibi kendinizi şımartabileceğiniz bir sürü ekstrası olan odanın içi o kadar iyi dizayn edilmişti ki içerş girdikten sonra etrafı incelemekten bir süre hiç konuşmadık ^^. Odaların içi, jakuzi alanı ve tüm ıslak alanlar çok çok temizdi. Gönül rahatlığı ile eviniz gibi kalabileceğiniz kadar özenli hissettiriyordu. Otel oda kahvaltı konseptinde hizmet veriyor. Kahvaltımız çok lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Dışarıda kahvaltı yapma isteğimiz hiç olmadı. Ayrıca otelin restoranında akşam yemeği de yedik. Bu güzel yerin işletmecisi Güven aynı zamanda çok iyi bir şef olduğu için yediğimiz akşam yemeğinden inanılmaz keyif aldık. Profesyonel bir şefin size özel yemek yapması ve bunun ulaşılabilir bir şey olması gerçekten bu yer ile ilgili harika bir artı. Ayrıca Güven sadece mükemmel yemekleri ve ev sahipliğinin yanında bize çok da iyi rehberlik yaptı. Datça’da keşfettiğimiz mükemmel mekanların en az yarısını Güven’e borçluyuz. Oda ici 30 m2 var ve oldukca genis ve yuksek tavanli. Icerikte kullanilan havlu, masa, yatak ortusu, koltuk, amreikan servis gibi tum malzemele cok kalitelei.
