Taşlık plajı ve Ilıca Göleti’ne tepeden bakan muhteşem manzaralı şef restoranı İstanbul’da müdavimi olduğumuz (pandemi nedeni ile el değiştiren) Trattoria Serenzo’nun sahibi Serpil Hn. pozitif enerjisi ile beraber menüyü olduğu gibi taşımış Kylix’e. Deniz tarağı, 4 peynirli revioli ve deniz mahsüllü risotto harika idi. Personel kibar ve eğitimli, sunum mükemmeldi. Şarap menüsünden işletme sahibi Hasan Bey’in bağlarından (Datça Winyard) ödüllü beyaz ve kırmızı şaraplarını seçebilirsiniz.
Herkes datça tatilinin muhakkak bir akşam yemeğini bu güzide mekanda değerlendirmeli. Konum olarak Datça merkeze bakan güzel bir balkonu ve çok şık bir ortamı var. Masalar sıkışık ve iç içe değil. Deniz manzarasının tadını olabildiğince çıkarabilirsiniz. Çalışan hanımefendi ve beyfendiler, genç dinamik ilgili ve övgüye layık bir yemek geçirmemiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar, onlara bir kez daha teşekkür ediyoruz. Yiyecekler ise dünya standartlarındaydı. Menüde yer alan vişneli sarma, acı soslu gnochie, kavrulmuş domatesli domates çorbası, falafel salatası, deniz ürünlü ve mürekkepli risotto, adaçaylı risotto, greek salata, cafe de Paris soslu bonfile, yeşil soslu levrek ve kremalı mantar soslu makarna yedik. Yediğimiz her ürün ayrı ayrı çok lezzetli ve özenli yapılmıştı. Sunumlar şahane ve porsiyonlar gayet yerindeydi. Muhakkak bir dahaki gidişimde de uğrayacağım bir mekan, herkese tavsiye ederim.
