Bunun dışında genel olarak; Tesis son derece bakımlı ve temiz, odalar gayet büyük ve dekorasyonu güzeldi, yemeklerden biz çok memnun kaldık, plajı misafir kapasitesine göre yetersiz bulduk şezlongların birbirine çok yakın olması bizi rahatsız etti. En önemli detay ise personelin profesyonelliği oldu. Tüm personel gayet donanımlı, ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle Ebrar Hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz. Kendisi işini gayet severek ve hakkıyla yapan bir hanımefendiydi. Gitmeyi düşünen herkese oteli tavsiye eder, iyi tatiller dileriz.

Rixos Göcek Premium’da 30 temmuz 1 ağustos tarihleri aradında konakladık. Doğası sakinliği ve hizmeti ile 2 yıl önce bizi etkileyen otelde tekrar konaklamak istemiştik ancak yaşanan kalite düşüklüğü karşında hayal kırıklığıyla ayrıldık. Odalarla başlamak gerekirse bakım paketleri eksik ve yenilenmesi için özel talep etmeniz gerekli. Otelde sunulan şampuan, saç kremi oldukça kalitesiz, eşim için Göcek’e giderek saç kremi almak zorunda kaldım. Buz dolabı gece rahatsızlık seviyesinde ses çıkararak çalışıyor. Nespresso ile anlaşma bitmiş olacakki isimsiz kalitesiz kapsül kahveler sunuluyor. Asıl büyük sorun ise yeme/içme konusundaki kalite düşüşü, premium değil standart altı bir seçki var. Büfede sunulan kahvaltı oldukça limitli, sunumlar özensiz, bu seviyede hizmet veren bir çok otelde sunulan çeşitler bulunmuyor. Çay veya başka bir içecek istediğinizde 3 kez hatırlatmanız gerekiyor bu sürede kahvaltı bitmiş oluyor. Akşam yemeklerinde ana restoran keza yine aynı şekilde limitli bir büfe ve az sayıda çalışan ile deneyim oldukça düşük seviyede. Ala carte restoranlarda ise İtalyan restoranında menüde yazan burrata yerine mozzeralla veriliyor, et yemekleri güzel olmasına karşılık deneyim yine kötü, verilen ek ücreti haketmiyor. Diğer ücretsiz ala carte restoran peoples hem hizmet açısından iyiydi, özellikle mantı tavsiye edebilirim. İçecek kalitesinde de yine ne yazıkki sınıfta kalıyor, kokteyllerde kullanılan şuruplar hazır, yine alkolsüz olarak limonata ile serinlemek isterseniz cappy limonata servis ediliyor, bu seviyede bir otele yakışmıyor. Secret beach ortamı gerçekten çok güzel sessiz ve sakin, huzur bulabileceğiniz bir ortam. Zaten oteli çekici yapan yer de burası. Secret beachteki yemekler iyi özellikle döner gerçekten çok başarılı. Bu ortamda da düzeni bozan misafirlerin -kendi hoparlörleri ile müzik açan- uyarılmaması biraz keyfimizi kaçırdı. Misafir ilişkileri ekibi ve whatsapp hattı çok hızlı dönüş yapıyor ve çözüm sunmaya çalışıyor. O konuda haklarını yiyemem ama ellerinden bir yere kadar gelebiliyor. Özetle bir daha tercih eder miyim, kesinlikle hayır. Bu fiyat bandında daha iyi hizmet alınabilecek bir çok otel var. Karlılığı arttırmak için atılan adımlar oldukça kalite düşüşüne sebep olmuş.
Yılbaşı programı için otelde 4 gün konakladık. Ancak konaklama boyunca bize önceden belirtilmeyen birçok olumsuzlukla karşılaştık. Otelin yarısından fazlası kapalıydı; açık olan yalnızca tek bir restoran vardı ve burada sunulan yemeklerin lezzeti ortalamanın oldukça altındaydı. Dışarıda sıcak havuz olduğu bilgisi verilmişti fakat havuz hiçbir zaman girilebilecek bir sıcaklıkta değildi. Ayrıca otel +13 konseptiyle tanıtılmasına rağmen yılbaşı programında çocuklar da bulunuyordu. Yılbaşı programına gelirsek, servis edilen yemekler farklı ve lezzetliydi. Ancak eğlence ekibi yetersizdi ve yeni yıl coşkusunu misafirlere yansıtmayı başaramadı. Çalışanların nazik ve ilgili olduğunu özellikle belirtmek isterim; buna rağmen genel deneyim beklentilerimin çok altında kaldı. Kış döneminde konaklamayı kesinlikle önermiyorum. Otel, 5 yıldızlı bir tesis standartlarını karşılamıyordu. Bu değerlendirmeyi, kış aylarında farklı beş yıldızlı otellerde konaklamış biri olarak yapıyorum.
