14 Şubat akşamı rezervasyonsuz olmamıza rağmen bizi kırmayıp hızlıca yer açtılar. Çok sıcak ve samimi karşıladılar; özellikle çocuğumuza gösterdikleri ilgi çok hoştu. Tarhana çorbası, mantı ve kuzu incik oldukça lezzetliydi. Ortam zaten klasik bir Ürgüp konağı konseptinde, iç dekorasyon da çok şık ve keyifli. Hem hizmet hem yemek açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
30 senedir her fırsatta geldiğim Ürgüp’te zirveye koyuyorum.Aslı hanım ve muhteşem mutfağı bu bölgenin en değerlisi yapıyor bu mekanı.Mücver,incik ve testi kebabı olağanüstü…Her geldiğimde seve seve uğrayacağım.
Dekor ve ambiyans olarak bölge mimarisine çok güzel dokunuşu olan, tatlı rahatsız etmeyen müzikleri ve güleryüzlü işletmecileri olan bir restauranttı. Biz meze olarak imambayıldı ve mücver söyledik ve ikisini de çok sevdik. Özellikle mücveri yediğim en iyi mücverdi. Ana yemek olarak kuzu incik ve testi kebabı yedik. O kadar lezzetli etlerdi ki tadı hala damağımızda. İdare eder diyebileceğimiz dahi bir öğün yemedik hepsi aşırı lezzetliydi. Fiyat olarak bölgenin geri kalanı ile denk. Ama zaten Kapadokya bence her mevsim turist alan bir bölgeye göre pahalı. Yemeklerimiz bittikten sonra çay ve kurabiye ikram edildi. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık. Bir daha gelirsem severek uğrayacağım bir Restaurant oldu. Umarım bir gün İstanbul’da da şubeniz olur :)
Daha öncesinde ev olarak kullanılıyormuş, sanki kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz veya misafirliğe gitmiş gibi… 3-4 oda olarak misafirlerine hizmet veriyorlar. Çok romantik, vintage bir ambiyansı var. Kuzu incik, Mantı ve Domates soslu köfte denedik çok lezzetliydi. Çayın yanında kendi yaptıkları kurabiyelerden ikram ettiler, nefisstii🤌🏼 Çok çok memnun kaldık, tekrardan Ürgüp’e gelirsem yine Mel’s….
