Akşam yemeği için tercih ettim yoğunluk vardı ama rezervasyona gerek yok. Personeller oldukça kibar ve yardımsever. Başlangıç olarak dana etli, mercimekli çorba sipariş ettim çorbanın terbiyesi lezzetli, bakliyatlar iyi pişmişti, et parçaları biraz sıkılaşmıştı yine de tavsiye edebileceğim bir lezzetteydi ancak porsiyonu küçük buldum. Mantı çok lezzetliydi. İçerisinde ayrıca minik et parçaları tabağı bir seviye daha yukarı çıkarmış. Mantı hamuru taze yumuşacıktı ve sos ile bütünleşmişti. Porsiyon oldukça yeterliydi. Tatlıda bal kabaklı creme brulee tercih ettim gayet lezzetliydi, yanında sunulan kabak çekirdekli bisküviyi çok yakıştırdım. Sunumu özgün, porsiyonu büyüktü. Turistik bir bölgede hemde michelin rehberi restaurantı olmasına rağmen sorulmadan su servisine başlanmadı ve hesaba servis ücreti eklenmedi. Çay ikramları için teşekkür ederim. Göremeye gelmişken kesinlikle denenmeli.
Kapadokyaya her gelişimizde güzel restoranları deneyimlemeye çalışıyoruz. Öncesinde Uçhisarda birkaç yere gitmişken Göremede Michelin Guide listesinde olan bir restoranın olmasına bayıldık, çünkü otelimize aşırı yakındı. Meze tabağı, Seten salata gibi restorana özgü lezzetleri denedik, hepsi çok iyiydi. Servis ekibi çok ilgiliydi. 21 aralık ta kapadokya tatilimizde evlilik yıldönümü yemeği için seçtik bu güzel restoranı, özellikle çok methini duyduğum mutancana yemeğini denemek istedim iyiki denemişim şahane bir lezzetti övdükleri kadar vardı. Eşimde çökertme kebabını denedi oda çok beğendi. Yemeğin üzerine çıtır kabak ikramı yaptılar ben çok beğendim. Eşim tercih etmedi. Restoranın konumu göremeyi tepeden gören bi lokasyonda akşam üzeri 5 buçuk 6 gibi giderseniz manzaralı bir masaya oturabilirsiniz biz öyle yaptık çünkü rezervasyonlu çalışmıyorlar. Popüler bir mekan olduğu içinde hemen doluyor erken gitmezseniz biraz beklemek zorunda kalabilirsiniz. Manzara akşam ışıkların yanmaya başlamasıyla birlikte muhteşem di.
