Stayed here for a week and were not disappointed. Found staff very friendly and helpful. Decor was beautiful, poolside beds very comfortable. Enjoyed a Classic as wel as a Premium room and would recommend the latter. Quality of beds a bit better in the premium room but this might be a personal thing. We had no issues with cleanliness (and I am picky). If you prefer quiet than ask for a room on the ground floor (which will be then be a room with private pool or jacuzzi). Breakfast is good with a large variety of choice and freshly made coffee. Had diner once but found it a bit underwhelming. We are not big fans of Faliraki and would not visit again but all in all this hotel is a good choice when staying in this area
We spent 9 nights at Casa Cabana in July and had a wonderful time. Check in, despite being early hours of the morning, was friendly and informative with all questions happily answered. The rooms were perfectly clean and looked beautiful, however I would have liked some storage for clothing besides the clothes rail - a set of drawers would have been perfect. The balcony looked out onto the back-end of the restaurant seating area and the street over the wall - we were slightly concerned about potential noise issues but this was not a problem in the slightest. Air conditioning in the room was a welcome addition, as well as the safe and the TV. Bed and towels were cleaned and replaced daily. Pool area was lovely, and all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during the entirety of our stay. Breakfast buffet was good every day that we had it (well stocked, good availability). We had lunch in the hotel one day and it was great, the food was really tasty and well presented. The pool itself was always clean with absolutely no issues. Hotel location is great with
Great hotel. Friendly staff and super accommodating. The hotel was in a great location with lots of shops, restaurants and the beach just under a 2 minute walk away. I booked the loft room with a private pool and it was excellent. The pool was always clean and comfortable to use in private. Due to the season and winds sometimes flies would attract to the pool - staff were helpful enough to remove them. Breakfast was served in a buffet form and was absolutely delicious every day! My absolute favourite part was the spa - it was divine. I highly recommend this hotel and the spa services. Will definitely miss it and look to revisit in the future😀 Some recommendations: - Black curtains or shutter curtains as the room is quite light even at night due to the street and outdoor lights. - The outside barrier between the two rooms to make the outdoor space private needs more covering as there is gaps between the straw which means that your neighbours can see you whilst on the outdoor bed. And there is a huge gap on the right hand side between the wall and the straw barrier again meaning people can see. - Have an option where you can opt out of cleaning especially if only staying for a short while as the cleaners sometimes would just walk in.

The food and drinks were excellent and the evening meals in ESAN were beautiful. The atmosphere in the hotel was very calm, demographic is young but very relaxed and peaceful.
