We had an awesome day with Captain Frank. We went cave swimming, got to see sweet water, eat at an awesome taverna just outside of Loutro and got to swim in some really cool little beaches. Frank is friendly, knowledgeable and a great captain. We left the harbor at 10:00 and arrived back at 17:00. Bring sunblock and hats as it gets hot out on the water. We really had a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to hire a boat for the day and travel the south coast of Crete.
Our group of six friends booked the full day treasure of the south tour on the Captain LIZ boat with Tasos and George. We had an absolutely fantastic time and can't recommend this tour enough. The boat was very fun and comfortable. Each stop was unique and beautiful. Tasos and George were both so friendly and helpful. This was definitely the highlight of our trip.
We took the Escape for a 5h tour to beyond Loutro and back and loved it. Frank our cap'n was a super chilled guy, totally relaxed and in control and also really interesting when asked about the local area/his time living in Plakias. Some amazing sites, great swimming spots and general good vibes. Thanks team!
Our day with Captain Tassos and Vasilis on the Captain Liz was just magical ! The weather was perfect with sun & a calm sea. They took us to beautiful bays with crystal clear blue water, and we loved jumping off the boat & swimming. It was also fun covering ourselves in natural clay at the beach! They recommended a lovely restaurant (Ilios) in Loutro, which served us delicious fish & wine on a table right next to the water. Our day felt very luxurious and we’d go again in an instant if we had more time in Crete. Thanks for a great day!
