We had a wonderful experience with Istion. The check-In was fast and efficient and we had an amazing skipper, Christos. He was very nice, friendly and helpful. We had a two week charter that went great there were a couple maintenance problems but it was all fixed very quickly. The boat was very nice and clean. The staff at the Istion office were very nice and friendly. We definitely recommend.
Second time with Istion, and once again a great experience. Six-year-old catamaran in excellent condition and well equipped. Great support from the staff and quick, efficient check-in and check-out procedures. From Kos, we sailed north in the Dodecanese: Pserimos, Kalymnos, Levitha, Patmos, Lipsos, and Arki. Beautiful places, and wind every single day.
Experienced and skilled skipper, always in full control of the boat, kind but resolute and with an incredible stamina to cope with any situation. She is a perfect English speaker and a very pleasant and interesting person to talk and spend time with, definitely not the stereothype of an expert but grumpy seawolf! I would feel safe to go wherever and whenever on the 7 Seas by having her as a skipper, regardless of the destination or the route. In a single word... just ZOI :)
We recently chartered Caitlin of Lorne from Kos Marina with Istion for a boys’ trip – four friends, two from the UK and two from Germany – and it was a fantastic experience. The boat was fast, reliable, and perfect for a group, with four cabins giving everyone their own space. The Istion team was super friendly and quick to help when we had a minor battery issue. They didn’t just get it sorted quickly – they also followed up to make sure everything was still good, which was a nice touch. The marina itself is getting some fresh upgrades, with new toilet blocks and showers on the way, which is great to see. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!5star
