Bu otele ikinci gelişim ve yine çok memnun ayrıldım. Balkonlu odada kaldım, hem çok ferah hem de manzarasıyla gerçekten keyifliydi. Sabahları balkonda oturup kahvemi içmek tatilin en güzel anlarından biriydi. Kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi, güne böyle başlamak ayrı bir mutluluk verdi. Ayrıca otelde iki farklı havuz olması büyük avantaj; hem kalabalık hissi olmuyor hem de havuzların temizliği sayesinde rahatça vakit geçirebiliyorsunuz. Çalışanların ilgisi ve güler yüzü de insanı evinde hissettiriyor. Kısa bir kaçamak bile olsa huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil için kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim.
Eylül ayında sezon sonunda mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik. Odaların özellikle terası çok güzeldi. Personellerin güler yüzü ve hizmeti otelden memnun ayrılmamızı sağladı. Organik ürünlerle hazırlanan kahvaltısına ayrıca bayıldık. Tekrar tekrar gelebileceğimiz herkese tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel ve tatil oldu, emeğinize sağlık 🙏🏻
Eşimle birlikte Enki Grup Vadi Butik Otel’de 4 gün geçirdik ve her anından büyük keyif aldık. Doğayla iç içe, huzur dolu bir ortam arayanlar için gerçekten harika bir yer. Otelin sakin atmosferi, stres atmak ve dinlenmek isteyenler için birebir. Bahçesindeki masa ve oturma alanlarında oturup kahvemizi yudumlamak, kuş sesleri eşliğinde vakit geçirmek bizim için çok kıymetliydi.Otelin iki ayrı havuzu bulunuyor ve her ikisi de oldukça temiz ve bakımlıydı. Kalabalıktan uzak, ferah bir ortamda yüzmek büyük bir konfor sağladı. Sabah kahvaltısı ise beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Taze, lezzetli ve bol çeşitliydi; her sabah keyifle güne başlamamıza neden oldu.Temizlik konusunda da otel gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Odamız her gün düzenli olarak temizlendi, havlular ve çarşaflar sürekli yenilendi. Personel güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle odaya kadar sunulan yemek ve kahve hizmeti hem konfor hem de ilgi açısından bizde çok olumlu bir izlenim bıraktı.Kısacası her detayıyla çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu. Dinlenmek, kaliteli zaman geçirmek ve doğayla baş başa kalmak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. İlk fırsatta yeniden gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.
Güzel otel berbat işletmeciler berbat çalışanlar berbat hizmet. Orta yaşın biraz üstünde sanırım sahibi bir amca var zannedersin bakkal üslup sıfır. Odalar temizlenmiyor. Su bile yenilenmiyor. Odaya porselen bardak istedim o orta yaşlı beyfendi bana “onun bulaşığıyla kim uğraşacak” dedi. E bundan banane ? Benim sorunum mu odamda karton bardaktan neden kahve içeyim her otelde olur odada bardak ? Kahvaltı da açık büfe değil serpme tarzı ama aşırı minimal mesela simidi 2 kişiye yarım simit 2 adet yeşil zeytin ve sürekli bişeyler eksik geliyor aşırı komik çalışanlar herkesin önüne atar gibi koyuyor kahvaltıyı. Bir tek İnci hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz oteldeki düzgün iletişim kurabildiğimiz çözüm odaklı profesyonel ve güler yüzlü tek kişiydi. Geri kalan herkes beş karış surat sanki zorla çalıştırılıyor. Yapı olarak güzel otel ama o işleten kişilerin elinde resmen ziyan oluyor. Cidden mahalle arası bakkalı işletir gibi üslupları var. Annem ılıcayı çok beğendiği için bir gün uzattık ama bir daha asla tercih etmem.
