3 gün konakladığımız otelden tek tek bahsetmek istiyorum. Öncelikle tatil sepeti aracılığı ile rezervasyon yapmıştık 1,5 ay öncesinden. Üst katlardan oda tercih ettiğimizi belirtmiştik. Otele giriş yapar yapmaz tam tersi olarak alt kattan oda verdiklerini ve bunu bizim seçtiğimizi söylediler. Bir yerde bir ihmalsizlik yapılmış ama orasını çözemedik. Otel müdürü elinden geleni yapmaya çalıştı. İkinci gün farklı bir odaya geçirildik. İlk gün baya tatsız durumlar oluştu bu durumdan ötürü. -KONUM olarak mükemmel, Alaçatıda gezeceğiniz her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve araba park yeri çok rahat. Sessiz, sakin bir konumda. -KAHVALTI malesef çok yetersiz. Görsellerdeki ile alakası yok büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu bizim için. Kahvaltıda yumurta dışında hiçbir sıcak ürün yok. 3 gün boyunca hep bu şekildeydi bizi tatmin etmedi. -ODALARda en çok takıldığım konu temizlik konusu. İki kez oda değiştik ikisindede tuvalet kapakları sapsarı, duşakabin desen öyle. Havluların bazılarında lekeler. Otele ait dağıtılan hiçbir ürün yok. En basiti otel terliği bile yok. Hijyene çok daha fazla dikkat edilmeli. Odanın genişliği yeterli, yataklar rahat. Odalardaki kısmi tadilat sorunları önceden halledilmeli. Odalara bir kere bile olsa su konulmalı. Mini dolaplar çalışmıyor gibi bir şey. -HİZMET olarak otel personelleri çok ilgiliydi. Ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalıştılar hep. Havuz çok keyifliydi. Denizden her dönüşte muhakkak vakit geçirdik. Havuz temizliği iyiydi. Havuz barı mevcut fakat fiyatları bence daha uygun olmalıydı kesinlikle. -GÜVENLİK açısından otele zile basıp giriş yapıyorsunuz bu olayı iyi. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık fakat çok eksik durumlar vardı, beklentimizin altında kaldı malesef. İstediğimiz oda konusunda kötü deneyimler yaşamış olduk. Eğer otelden rezervasyon yapmadıysanız muhakkak 1 hafta önceden oteli arayıp bilgi veriniz derim. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz :)

Eksi yönleri ise buzdolabı küçük ve soğutmuyor, odada kettle yok, tv çalışmadı. odada pek vakit geçirmem dışardayım derseniz sorun yok. otel barındaki fiyatlar pahalı. nezih insanlar kalıyor otelde.
