Gerçekten tek kelimeyle muhteşem bir deneyimdi. Öncelikle aldığımız harika hizmet ve güleryüz bize çok iyi hissettirdi. Çok tatlı bir aile işletiyor ve her ihtiyacımızla ilgilendiler, çıkarken arkamızdan su bile döktüler :) Genel olarak otel çok temiz ve bohem havasında harika bir ortam yaratmışlar, havuzu çok tatlı ve keyifliydi. Odalara gelince çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve her ihtiyaç düşünülmüştü. Her sabah verilen kahvaltıdaki ürünler taptaze ve lezzetliydi. Sonuç olarak çok memnun kaldık ve herkese tavsiye ediyoruz, bundan sonra Alaçatı’daki konaklama yerimiz hep burası olacak.
Öncelikle.. Otelin hissettirdiği şeylerden bahsetmek istiyorum. Çünkü bizim gibi Alaçatı kültürünüz yoksa, bunun aşırı önemli olduğunu anlayacaksınız. Bizim hiçbir tatil kültürümüz yok ve bu bizim balayı tatilimizdi. Daha önce hiç arkadaşlarımızla tatile gitmediğimiz için bunun nasıl endişe verici bir süreç olduğunu tahmin edebilirsiniz. Otele adımımızı attığımız anda bizi karşılayan otel sahibi sizi sanki bir müşteri karşılıyor gibi değil de, eski bir arkadaşının çocuğunu karşılıyor gibi hissettirdi. Bunun ne kadar kıymetli bir his olduğunu ifade etmek bu satırları yazarken çok zor, bir otele gelmiş gibi değil de sizi eskiden tanıyan ama sık görüşmediğiniz bir aile dostunun evine gelmiş gibi bir histi. Bu noktadan sonra odaya giriş ile yerleştik ve tam çıkarken bize “Aracınızı nereye koydunuz? Yolda kalmasın.” dedi. Aracın yerini gösterdik, “Ben uygun bir yere çekerim, siz keyfinize bakın.” dedi. Hayatımda ilk defa (Yaş 26) arabanın anahtarını birine verdim. İlginç bir güvendi ama güvenmek güzeldi. Buraya kadar otelin kendisi hakkında hiçbir şey söylemediğimin farkındayım ancak burası butik bir otel. Burada deneyimin %50’si otelin size sunduğu fiziksel imkanlar iken %50’si çalışanların/sahiplerin sizlere gösterdiği lüzum etkili oluyor. Otelin yeri mükemmel, 200 metre yürüyerek direkt Alaçatı’nın içinde bulabilirsiniz kendinizi. O kadar güzel bir konumda ki gece 22:00’da uyuyabilirsiniz, etrafta hiçbir ses yok. Otel tamamen bir hayalin sonucu, bunu her köşesinde, yastığından kahvaltı tabağına, havuz kenarındaki mutfaktan şezlonglara kadar görüyorsunuz. Her şey düşünülmüş, uğraşılmış ve birisinin yıllarca burayı hayal edip sonra gerçekleştirmiş olduğu hissini size vermekte. Otel’in kahvaltıları mükemmel. Otel sahiplerinin çocukları sizlere bazen sabah kahvaltısını sunabiliyor. Bir çikolata ikram ediliyor, diyorsunuz ki “harika, bunun markası ne?” diyorlar ki “kızımız yaptı.” bir salatalık yiyorsunuz, ağzınızdan bir şölen, “nereden aldınız?”, “bahçeden kopardık.”, bir poğaça ikram ediliyor, hayatımda yediğim en güzel poğaça (olabilir demiyorum, gerçekten en güzel poğaça), “poğaçalar nereden?” diye soruyorsunuz “EL YAPIMI” diyorlar. Yani burada belki de “ya arkadaş uyuyup geçeceğiz ne anlatıyorsun” diyebilirsiniz. Herkesin beklentisi ve bakış açısı farklıdır. Ancak benim gibi ince detaylardan hoşlanıyor, aldığınız aldığınız üründen çok size hizmeti sunanların ilgisi etkiliyorsa Paye’ye bayılacaksınız. Direkt olarak otel ile iletişime geçerseniz daha uygun fiyata (satış sitelerine göre) ayarlanabileceği söylendi. Alaçatı kültüründe yeniyseniz, kesinlikle tatmanız gereken bir deneyim.

Kahvaltısı özenli ve lezzetli, bahçesi ise huzur dolu. Özellikle Mehmet Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum; kendisi otelin sahibi ve misafirlerine karşı inanılmaz nazik, ilgili ve anlayışlı bir insan.
