Öğleden sonra gittiğimiz için yet sorunu olmadı, akşam için bütün masalar rezerve idi. Sadece meze ve rakı yaptık. Kalamar müthiş güzeldi, simit levrek, otlu mücver ve saganaki de çok iyiydi. Servis başarılıydı, siparişi aynı anda vermemize rağmen herbirini ufak aralarla getirmeleri güzeldi. Fiyatlar için yorum yapmayayım, hesap resmini ekliyorum, herkes bütçesine göre değerlendirsin. Kesinlikle denenmesi gereken bir mekan.
Rezervasyon bulamayıp sonunda oturabildiğimizde daha da kıymetli gelen bir yemek deneyimi… Günlerdir aklımızda olan bir yerdi ama akşam saatleri full dolu. Gittiğimizde öğrendik ki en az 1 hafta – 10 gün önceden rezervasyon yapmanız gerekiyor. Neyse ki 15.00–19.00 arası, akşam servisine kadar boşluk oluyormuş. Biz de bu saat aralığında şansımızı denedik — ve iyi ki de öyle yapmışız. 🤩 İlk öneri kaldığımız yerden geldi: beğendili ahtapot ve kremalı sübye. Ahtapotun yumuşaklığı ve beğendinin uyumu derken her lokmada “ne yiyoruz biz şu an” dedik… Kremalı sübye ise bu yaşıma kadar yediğim en farklı deniz ürünlerinden biri olabilir. Kıvamı, lezzeti çok başarılıydı. Gözümüz vitrine kayınca simit levreğe de hayır diyemedik. O da epey lezzetliydi. Sonrasında bildiğimiz sulardan devam: Girit ezmesi, köpoğlu mancası, tarçınlı saganaki ve kalamar tava. Özellikle kalamar… hem tazelik hem pişme olarak belki Türkiye’de yediğim en iyi versiyonuydu. Saganaki ise zaten başlı başına olay; o peynir erimesiyle ekmek bitirtir 🫠 Mekân deniz kenarı, çalışanlar aşırı ilgili, ortam huzurlu. O klasik meyhane sıcaklığı burada fazlasıyla var. 🔁 Ayvalık’ta deniz ürünü severlere güçlü bir öneri.
Fiyat performans olarak konumuna göre iyi bir restoran. Önceden rezervasyon yaptırmak gerekiyor. Denize sıfır olduğu için deniz gören masada değilseniz restoranın bir espirisi yok ortalama bir balık restoranı. Karides, kalamar, sıcak ot ve yoğurtlu mezeler hem porsiyon hem lezzet hem fiyat ortalama. Ahtapot ızgara sipariş ederken garsona sordum porsiyonda kaç bacak var diye? İki dedi ve bir bacak geldi, çağırdım iki dedin bir getirmişler dedim bacaklar büyükse usta öyle ayarlamıştır dedi, şimdiye kadar yediğim en sert ahtapot ızgaraydı çiğnemekten çenem yoruldu diyebilirim. Ön masalarda yer bulursanız deniz manzarası için tavsiye ederim onun haricinde fiyat hizmet ve lezzet olarak ortalama bir restoran beklentiyi yüksek tutmayın.
Lezzetler genel olarak güzel. Hizmette iyi. Zaten mekan olarak deniz kenarında bulunuyor manzarayı izlemek için hava kararmadan gitmek en iyisi. (Ot mücver ve levrek simiti öneririm.)
