Bodrum Kalesi manzarasına karşı konumlanmış Mett Otel’e ait bu restoran, 2024/25 Michelin ödüllerini almış. Manzarası gerçekten nefes kesici. İlgi ve alaka da oldukça hoşuma gitti, kendimi çok iyi hissettim. Tatlıyı çok sevdiğimi söyleyemem ama hakkını da yememek gerek: Hamuru ve kreması oldukça tazeydi. Ancak üzerine dökülen çikolata, benim damak zevkime pek hitap etmedi. Profiterol siparişi verdik; menüde İtalyanca bir ismi vardı fakat menüyü çekmediğim için tam hatırlayamıyorum. Fiyatlar euro üzerinden belirlenmiş. Mekan oldukça şık olmasına rağmen sandalet ve terlikle gelen misafirler de vardı. Biz de tesadüfen uğradığımız için şort ve tişörtle gitmiştik, bu yüzden içeride kendimi rahat hissettim. Bar kısmını atlamışım, orası akşam saatlerine doğru hareketleniyor ve o manzaraya bayılmamak mümkün değil. İçeride bir DJ vardı, müzikler kendimi adeta İtalya’da gibi hissettirdi. Servis ekibi oldukça ilgiliydi, bu konuda da çok memnun kaldım. İki kişi için yaklaşık 7.000 TL civarında bir hesap ödedik. Rezervasyon yapmanızı tavsiye ederim. Otopark konusunda da sıkıntı yaşamadık. Her zaman şanslıyımdır.

Ozan Bey’in yönetimindeki ekip muhteşem bir hizmet sundu; özellikle Ramazan, Umut ve Muhammed Ali’ye ilgileri ve güler yüzleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Lezzetler, sunum ve ambiyans her açıdan kusursuzdu. Bodrum’da hem gözünüzü hem damak tadınızı şımartmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle burayı listenize ekleyin!
Öncelikle bizimle ilgilenen İbrahim Bey’e teşekkür ediyorum gerçekten baştan sona çok profesyonel bir şekilde bizimle ilgilendi. Mekan atmosfer ve konum olarak çok güzel sadece biraz ışıklandırılması arttırabilir fotoğraf çekimi için vs. Yemek olarak baktığımız zaman ise balık ve bonfile söyledik. Bonfile çok lezzetleydi fakat fiyatına (40 euro) göre porsiyon cidden çok az. Balık ise lezzet olarak iyi olduğunu söyleyemem. Belki menüdeki başka şeyler daha iyidir ama genel olarak söylediğimiz iki yemekten de çok memnun kaldığımızı söylemem.
