Geçen yıl Temmuz ayında 4 gece konaklamıştım. Sahibi Hülya hanım çok tatlı ve misafirperver biri :) Odaların temizliği ve düzeni mükemmeldi, her şey derli toplu ve tertemizdi. Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve yeterli, her sabah farklı çeşitte sıcaklar siz kahvaltınızı yaparken masanıza getiriliyor taptaze. Ayrıca oda fiyatları da gayet ekonomikti civar otellere göre. Konumu merkeze çok yakın, bu sebeple biraz gürültü olabiliyor ama onun haricinde sonraki tatillerimde de gözüm kapalı tercih edeceğim bir işletme :)
Nereden başlasam bilemedim özellikle görünüşe çok önem veren biri olarak eski bi rum evi ancak bu kadar güzel restore ve dizayn edilir demek istiyorum odaların temizliği de çok iyiydi. Ama kalbimi feth eden en ince detay yıldönümü sebebi ile gittiğimiz için Hülya hanımın bize hazırladığı tatlı mı tatlı şarap sepeti jesti oldu böyle naif ince düşünceli işletmelere bayılıyorum, ve bunu pazarlamacı kafası ile değil de içinden gelerek hazırladığı öyle belliydi ki mest oldum.. Sevgi hanımın özenli kahvaltıları sıcak servisleri (özellikle mücver hayatımda yediğim en iyisiydi :)) Hülya hanım ve eşinin keyifli sohbeti öyle keyifliydi ki.. Ben sürekli yeni yerler denemeyi seven biri olarak korkarım bundan sonra adada başka bir yerde kalamayacağım :) Tatil sonunda sanki gönülden sevdiğim bir akrabamın yanından ayrılırmış gibi oldum, herşey için teşekkürler. Bozcaada’ya üçüncü gelişimiz , Corallia da ikinci kez konaklıyoruz, anlatmaya nereden başlasam bilemiyorum, öncelikli olarak konumu mükemmel, her şey elinizin altında ,çok merkezi ve hareketli bir sokakta ama bir o kadar sessiz ve huzurlu , Hülya hanım ve sevgili ailesi sizi bir aile sıcaklığı ile karşılayıp uğruyorlar, odalardaki zarif detayları görmeniz gerekiyor, anlatmak zor , temizlik çok iyi , en can alıcı nokta kahvaltı! Akşama kadar başka bir öğüne ihtiyaç duymuyorsunuz, dolu dolu peynir tabakları, nefis reçeller ve her sabah başka başka ara sıcaklarla ile kalbinizi fethediyorlar 🙈 personeller ilgili ve güler yüzlü 🙏her şey için çok ama çok teşekkür ediyoruz! Corallia Ada Hotel’de konakladığımız süre boyunca her şey gerçekten mükemmeldi. Hülya Hanım’ın güler yüzü, samimiyeti ve ilgisi bizi çok mutlu etti, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Sevgi Hanım’ın ellerinden çıkan yemekler ise inanılmaz lezzetliydi, her gün ayrı bir özenle hazırlandığı belli oluyordu. Otelin hem temizliği hem de sakinliği harikaydı.
