Sisu Otel’de üç gece konakladık ve baştan sona harika bir deneyim yaşadık. İki kardeşin işlettiği bu otelde daha ilk andan itibaren sıcacık, samimi ve ilgili bir karşılama ile karşılaştık. Otelin içi ve odalar tertemiz, mis gibi kokuyordu; banyosu da pırıl pırıldı. Kahvaltı özenle hazırlanmış, tüm ürünler taptaze, lezzetli ve şık bir sunumla servis ediliyordu. En çok hoşuma giden detay ise Sibel Hanım’ın sevdiğim zeytin türünü öğrenip ikinci gün benim için özel olarak temin etmesiydi; bu ince ve zarif jest bizi gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim, samimiyet ve titizlikle işletilen bir otel. Asla pişman olmazsınız!
Bozcaada da otel seçmek gezinin en zor aşaması olabilir. Bizde sizin gibi seçim yaparken çok zorlandık. En sonunda Sisu oteli tercih ettik. Tercih ederken bazı tereddütlerimiz vardı. Ama otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren bu tereddütler yerini iyi ki Sisu’ ya bıraktı :) Anne şefkatiyle karşılama yapan Sibel hanım kaldığımız süre zarfında öyle naif öyle tatlıydı ki.. kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Oda temizliği , rahatlığı ve ferahlığı anlatılmaz yaşanır diyebilirim. Kahvaltıdan şöyle bahsedebilirim ; sabah olsa da kahvaltı etsek diye beklenen bir kahvaltı.. :) Doğal , anne eli değmiş , birbirinden lezzetli her gün değişen reçelleri , ekşi mayalı pişileri, bahçeden toplanan domatesleri , ev yapımı börekleri ve daha niceleri.. Tatlı ikramları ve içeceklerini de söylemeden geçemem. Her anlamda muazzam bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz . Güler yüzlü ekibiyle şahane bir Bozcaada tatili oldu. Haa bu arada Sibel hanımın mantısını yemeden tatilinizi bitirmeyin derim ;)
Bozcaada tatilimiz için uzun arayışlar sonucu otopark sorunu yaşamamak için tercih ettiğimiz Sisu Otel için verdiğimiz kararın çok doğru olduğunu otele girişten çıkışa yaşadığım mutluluk ve keyfin tarifini bulamıyorum. Öncelikle giriş saatinden erken giriş yapma fırsatı, girişte Sibel Hanımın güleryüzlü karşılaması, her konuda yardımcı olması, kahvaltı sunumlarında ikramlarını tek tek anlatması, dosthane yapılan sohbetleri için kendisine ne kadar teşekkür etsek az. Bunun dışında Sultan Hanım ve Çalışan personelin güleryüzlü yaklaşımı kendimizi otelden çok evimizde hissettirdi. Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakın ve merkezde alkol alıp araç kullanmak durumunda kalanlar için de çok cazip, Jandarmanın çevirme yaptığı yere gelmeden otel sapağı olması kendi adıma büyük bir avantaj oldu. Otelin odalarının girişte bize verdiği koku inanılmazdı, tertemiz ve 2 kişi için de gayet yeterli boyuttaydı. Butik otel için bundan daha iyisini bekleyemezdik(banyo büyüklüğü bile kendime ait yazlığımdan büyük ve rahat hareket edilebilir genişlikteydi.) Otelin kahvaltılarının lezzeti, sunumu, ürünlerin tazeliği ve hergüne özel ayrı ayrı verilen sürpriz ikramlar sonucu sanırım kg almamıza neden oldu, özellikle pişilerin lezzetine doyum olmadı. Otel gayet sessiz ve dinlenmek için tatmin ediciydi, gelen misafirlerin kalitesi de otele daha bir değer kattı. Farklı çevrelerden yeni arkadaşlıklar elde edip huzurlu sohbetler edildi. Vedalaşırken bile bizim yanımızdan 1 saniye olsun ayrılmayan Sibel Hanıma tekrar teşekkür ederek, gelecek yıl görüşmek dileğiyle demek istiyorum. Sisu Bozcaada kendinizi evinizde hissettiriyor.
Sisu ile yollarımız kesiştiği için çok mutluyum Sibel hanım harika çok ilgili ve misafirperver. Odalar çok temiz konum olarak çok iyi. Kahvaltılar o kadar renkli ve lezzetli ki 2 gün konakladık sisudan ayrılmak istemedik. Bir daha bozcaadaya geldiğimde düşünmeden konaklama yapacağım tek adres. Sevgilerle
