Biz mantı, gözleme, kabak çiçeği dolması ve tarhana çorbası aldık. Hepsinin lezzeti çok güzeldi, o anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar da gayet kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Sadece fiyatlar biraz pahalı bence :)

Yerel lezzetlerinden çiçek dolması ve mantı yemek için gittiğimiz işletme. Mantısı oldukça lezzetli tavsiye ederim, çiçek dolması da oldukça lezzetli. Yaprak sarması bir Egeli olarak bana hitap etmedi çok pirinç pirinç geldi.

Ambiyansı Güzel, Servisi İyi Ama Mantısı Beklentinin Altında – Dört Hanımeli Mantı, Bozcaada Bozcaada gezimizde 5 arkadaş olarak, öneri üzerine Dört Hanımeli Mantı’yı ziyaret ettik. Mekân, merkezdeki meyhaneler sokağı çevresinde, hoş ve serin bir sokakta yer alıyor. Özellikle gün batımı saatlerinde hem şık hem huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor. Servis konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Mekânın konseptine uygun, ilgili ve ölçülü bir hizmet aldık — bu açıdan geçer not veriyoruz. Lezzet kısmında başlangıçlar oldukça keyifliydi: • Kabak çiçeği dolması ve • Zeytinyağlı sarma gayet lezzetli, iyi pişmiş ve dengeliydi. Ancak işletmenin adında geçen “mantı” için aynı şeyi söylemek zor. Belki adaya özgü bir tarzı vardır diye yorum yaparken temkinliyim; ancak tüm ekibimiz aynı fikirdeydi: Ada mantısı, adı kadar iddialı bir tat bırakmadı. Bir “mantıcı”dan daha güçlü bir tat, daha özel bir tabak beklerdim. Fiyat konusu da tartışmalı: 2025 Temmuz itibarıyla kişi başı yaklaşık 800 TL ödedik. Ambiyans ve başlangıçlar başarılı olsa da, genel konsepte ve lezzet skalasına göre bu rakam yüksek hissettirdi. Sonuç: Keyifli bir sokak ortamında, iyi servisle güzel bir akşam geçirdik ama mantı odaklı bir beklentiyle gidiyorsanız hayal kırıklığı olabilir. Yine de başlangıçları için uğranabilir.
