Fix menü ile çalışan bir mekan. İlk başta kendi yaptıkları füme et ve peynir tabağı ile başlıyorsunuz. İkisi de çok lezzetliydi. Ardından mezeler geliyor. Her mezede farklı bir dokunuş vardı anca bir şey eksik gibi hissettim. Belki tuzu az gelmiş olabilir bilemedim. Ara sıcak olarak köfte ve patlıcanlı börek geldi. İkisi de harikaydi. Börekte kurutulmuş et dokunuşu vardı, lezzet arşa çıkmış. Ana yemek olarak antrikot tercih ettik. Harika pişmişti. Yanına gelen salatalanın hardallı sosu, patateslerin baharatı… tadı hala damağımda. Tatlı olarak da orman meyveli cheesecake vardı. İnanılmaz lezzetliydi ama çok küçük olduğu için bitince kahroldum. Fiyatını hak eden bir yer. Mutlaka deneyimlemelisiniz.

Etlerin pisme seviyesi çok basarılıydı.Bağ evi konseptiyle sunduğu doğal ve sıcak ortam çok iyiydi.Servis güler yüzlü, ilgi samimi.Fix menu sunuluyor. Cocuklardan sadece yemek ucreti alıyorlar.
Restoranın girişini kaçırmak mümkün ama girdikten sonra aracınızı rahatlıkla park edebiliyorsunuz. Çam ağaçlarının arasında çok keyifli bir bağ ortamı var. Menü fix menü şeklinde ilerliyor: önce peynir tabağı, ardından mezeler geliyor. Peynir tabağındaki sarımsaklı peynir gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Mezeler genel olarak güzeldi, özellikle pancar ve sakızlı enginar öne çıkan lezzetlerdi. Ara sıcak olarak köfte ve patlıcan üstünde sucuk servis edildi. Normalde sucuk yemem ama tadına baktığımda oldukça lezzetli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Ana yemek olarak iki seçenek sunuluyor: bonfile ya da antrikot. İkisini de denedik, etler çok güzel pişmişti. Tek eksisi porsiyonların çok büyük olmasıydı; bu yüzden gitmeyi düşünenlere gerçekten aç gitmelerini tavsiye ederim. Etlerin yanında fırın patates ve salata vardı. Tatlı olarak frambuazlı San Sebastian geldi. Sadece tadına bakabildik, sosu güzel olsa da tatlıyı genel anlamda çok başarılı bulmadık.
