Mağara odalarda konaklamayı özellikle tercih ettik ve genel anlamda deneyimimizden oldukça memnun kaldık. Odaların dizaynı çok özenliydi; hem estetik hem de konsepti yansıtan bir atmosferi vardı. Temizlik konusunda da herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. En güzel detaylardan biri ise manzaraydı: Bulunduğumuz odadan doğrudan balonları izleyebilmek, güne başlarken gerçekten unutulmaz bir deneyim sundu.Mağara yapısından kaynaklı olarak, yatağın üzerine zaman zaman toz ve küçük parçacıklar dökülebiliyordu. Bu durum biraz rahatsız edici olsa da, daha önce yapılan yorumlardan bunu bilerek ve deneyimlemek isteyerek gelmiştik. Bu nedenle beklentimiz dahilindeydi. Bunun dışında odalar oldukça konforluydu, konsepti sevenler için farklı ve güzel bir deneyim sunuyor. Çalışanlar ise son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları, detaylı ve açıklayıcı bilgiler vermeleri kendimizi rahat hissetmemizi sağladı. Genel olarak, farklı bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamak ve Kapadokya atmosferini tam anlamıyla hissetmek isteyenler için keyifli ve hatırlanacak bir tercih olur.
Daha giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü bizi inanılmaz mutlu etti. Odalar tertemiz, çok konforlu ve tam Kapadokya ruhunu yansıtıyor. Sabah kahvaltısı hem lezzetli hem de oldukça çeşitliydi. Konumu da gezilecek yerlere çok yakın olduğu için büyük avantaj sağladı.Kapadokya’nın büyülü atmosferini sonuna kadar hissettiren bir otel! Özellikle sabah manzarası ve ortamın huzuru tarif edilemezdi. Tekrar gelsem hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırım. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz ❤️
Kış tatilimizde konaklamak için burayı tercih ettik. İnternetten bulup gelmiştik iyi ki gelmişiz. Odaların temizliği konforu mükemmeldi. Biz havaalanından otele servis kullandık o yüzden ulaşım da çok kolay oldu.Çalışan arkadaşların güler yüzü, otelin konforu, manzarası her anlamda 5 yıldızlık, tekrar tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer oldu. ☺️
Öncelikle tüm otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Özellikle Resepsiyondan Onur Bey, Yaren Hanım ve Yusuf Bey'e ayrı ayrı teşekkürler. Otel konum olarak hem merkeze hem de balonların kalkış alanlarına çok yakın, bakımlı ve tertemiz. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve çok yardımseverler. Gece seyir terasındaki çalışan hanımefendi'nin ismini bilmiyorum ama inanılmaz yardımcı oldu bize. Kusur sayılmaz ama kahvaltı yelpazesi biraz daha iyi olabilir. Kahvaltı salonunda çalışan arkadaş sanırım yoğunluktan tüm masalarla yeterli derecede ilgilenemedi. Yorgunluğu yüzüne ve tavrına yansımış gibiydi. Sonuç: Hiç tereddüt etmeden tercih edebilirsiniz. Bir sonraki Kapadokya ziyaretimizde de bu oteli tercih edeceğiz.
