Otel bulunduğu konum itibariyle (Göreme'nin merkezi) gayet iyi bir yerdeydi. Samimi ve müşterilerinin isteklerine önem veren personelleri var. Odaları da temiz ve güzel. Benim yaşadığım tek sıkıntı odanın mağara konseptli olması sebebiyle çok sıcak olmasıydı birde kahvaltıyı yetersiz buldum. Ancak genel olarak otel gayet iyidi.
Otelin konumu güzel merkezde ancak tavsiye etmem. İlgi çok az. Odalar ve yatak idare eder ancak banyo malzemeleri eski bakımsız sıcak su yoktu ılık akıyordu duş için soğuk sayılır. Kaldığımız odada yatak başucuna modem koyulmuş😲 dağınık kablolarla bağlanmış ancak internet yoktu. Tv vardı kumandası yoktu söyledik bulamadılar 😆Teras var yazıyor ancak daha çok dışarıdan yabancı turistlerin gelip takıldığı bar şeklinde kullanılıyor ve sanırım otel daha çok bu bar kısmını önemsiyor. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer.
Genel olarak otele çok kötü demeyeceğim çünkü parasına göre idare ederdi bizim amacımız otel tatili yapmak değildi zaten ama bir şikayette bulunmam gerekirse teras ve kafe katına çıktığında hiç kimse olmamasına rağmen sadece ben ve ailem vardık bunu özellikle Belirtiyorum ki yanlış anlaşılmasın koca hoparlörden yüksek sesle saçma sapan bir müzik açılmış ve onu oradaki personel arkadaşa kapatmasını Söylediğimizde patronlar bu şekilde istiyor dedi bize yani buradan o patron arkadaşlara soruyorum sizin isteğiniz mi önemli müşteri memnuniyeti mi önemli orada bizden başka kişiler olmuş Olsa ortak alanı kullanım gereği tabii ki bir şey demeyeceğiz rahatsız olduysak ortam değiştireceğiz fakat bizden başka hiç kimse yok ve o saçma sapan müziği biz dinlemek zorunda mıyız bir de yüksek sesle
Merhabalar Ocak sonu için rezervasyon oluşturdum ama hava şartlarından dolayı gidemedik ve altını çizerek söylüyorum otele bildirdim şubat gibi geliriz dedim şubatta kapalı olduklarını sonradan iletişime geçeriz diye kaparoyu bıraktık ben gelemiceğimi belirttim oteli zor durumda bırakmadım sonuçta ama para iadesi yokmuş kaparomuz yandı ve böyle yaparak müşteri kaybettiler
