Biz Ekim başında geldiğimiz için bir yoğunlukla karşılaşmamak avantajımız oldu. Ancak ilgi ve alaka sezon başında gibi üst seviyedeydi. Ortam çok samimi, içtendi. Açık mutfak kısmı bizim ekstra hoşumuza gitti. Başlangıç olarak aldığımız pembe domatesli salatanın kesinlikle denenmesi gerekir. Bu mevsimde lezzetli karpuzu bulmak oldukça zor olsa gerek, salatayı bir üst kademeye çıkarmıştı. Pesto casarecce’yi çok sevmemiz rağmen biraz tuz eksikliği sorunu vardı (4.5/5), carpaccio pizza ise yediğim en iyi pizzalardan birisiydi. Etli pizzaların ağırlığından eser yoktu, oldukça hafif olup sosuyla,rokasıyla kusursuzdu (5/5). İçecek olarak tercih ettiğimiz ev yapımı limonatasını da çok beğendik. Cunda’daki en yoğun restoranlardan biri ama buna kesinlikle değiyor. Akşam için rezervasyon almıyorlar, bekleme listesine adımızı yazdırıp telefonumuzu bıraktık. Yaklaşık yarım saat sonra aradılar ve terastaki en güzel masaya oturduk — manzarası harikaydı. Yemekler hem sunum hem lezzet açısından çok başarılıydı. Mantarlı arancini tam kıvamındaydı; dışı çıtır, içi yumuşacık. Kabak çiçekli ravioli, Ege’ye özgü tatlarla hazırlanmıştı ve çok dengeliydi. Tiftik etli pizza ise bol malzemeli ve doyurucuydu. Yanına söylediğimiz roka tulum salatası da ferahlatıcı bir eşlikçi oldu. Kokteyl tercih ettik; mojito ferah ve dengeli hazırlanmıştı, yaz akşamı için idealdi. Servis tüm yoğunluğa rağmen çok hızlıydı. Çalışanlar hem ilgili hem de güler yüzlüydü, bu kadar kalabalık bir ortamda bile aksama yaşamadık. Cunda’da klasik meyhane dışında bir akşam yemeği alternatifi arıyorsanız, Uno kesinlikle aklınızda olmalı.
Çalışan arkadaşların ilgi ve alakası gerçekten memnun ediyor. Cunda gibi meyhane temalı bir yerde, Uno gerçekten pizzası ile farkını koyuyor. Pizzanın hamuru ve üzerine koyulan malzemeler gerçekten çok kaliteli. Çok memnun kaldık. Akşam saatlerine doğru önünde kuyruklar oluşuyor yer bulmakta zorlanabilirsiniz.
