Bu kadar güler yüzlü ve ilgili personel ile hiçbir otelde karşılaşmamıştım. Her adımda ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak ve memnuniyetinizi düşünecek personellerle iyi bir tatil yaptık. Yemekler mükemmel,hizmet mükemmel servis mükemmel. Birşey istediğinizde bekletilmeden ihtiyacınız karşılanıyor. Herşey düşünülmüş havuz başında deniz kenarında kusursuz bir hizmet var. Gerçekten her anlamda mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Otele adım attığımız andan itibaren güler yüzlü personel, tertemiz odalar ve kusursuz hizmet bizi karşıladı. Her detay o kadar özenli düşünülmüş ki, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Kahvaltısından içeceklere akşam yemeğine odaların konforuna, genel alanların temizliğinden çalışanların ilgisine kadar her şey dört dörtlüktü. A la carte restaurant da Türk gecesi geçirdik ve her şey inanılmaz lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok ama çok ilgililerdi her şeye “memnuniyetle” şeklinde cevaplar aldık. Uzun zamandır bu kadar kaliteli ve keyifli bir tatil geçirmemiştik. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. 🌸
Balayımız için Jiva’yı tercih ettik. Bizim için harika bir deneyim oldu. Öncelikle otelin ambiyansı müthiş, farklı bir dünyadaymışsınız gibi hissettiriyor. Otelden çıktığınızda bu farkı daha iyi anlıyorsunuz. Plajı ve manzarası harika. Biz Eylül’de geldiğimiz için deniz çok şahane değildi ama buna rağmen hep plajda vakit geçirdik. Yemekler için ne desem az. Bundan önce kaldığım otellerde yemek benim için hep hayal kırıklığı olmuştu. Bu anlamda otel farkını ortaya koyuyor, her şey taze ve lezzetli. Kilo alıp döndük :) San Sebastian Cheescake yemeden dönmeyin, böyle bir lezzet yok İstanbul’da hiçbir yerde böylesini bulamadım. Otelde özellikle Lagoon Bar’da kokteylleri harika yapıyorlar, çok beğendik. Odalar ideal büyüklükte ve gayet temiz. Otelin etkinlikleri de yeterli bence. Farklı oyun turnuvaları yapılabilir belki ama biz genel olarak çok eğlendik. Apocalypse grubunun geldiği akşam en keyifli akşamımızdı, grup mükemmeldi. Geri bildirim olarak verebileceğim tek şey sahildeki şezlong tutma durumu olabilir. Herkeste bir erkenden sahile gidip şezlonga havlu atma stresi var. Biz ilk gün bunu bilmediğimiz için neredeyse yer bulamayacaktık, sanırım son iki şezlonga yerleştik. İnsanlar sabah 6-7 gibi öndeki şezlonglara havlu koyup öğleden sonra 1-2 gibi geliyorlar, biz en öne havlu koyup saatlerce gelmeyen insanlar gördük. Buna izin verilmemeli, havlu ile şezlong tutmada bir saat limiti konup bunun üstüne çıkan+sahile uğramayan kişilerin havluları alınmalı. Daha iyi denetlenmesi gerekiyor. Bomboş şezlonglar varken yer olmadığı için dönen insanlar vardı, bizde hep bir erken uyanma telaşı oldu bu anlamda. Genel olarak harika bir tatildi, kesinlikle gelecek sene tekrar geliriz. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.
Otele geçen sene de gelmiştik çok memnun kalmıştık o yüzden bu sene de tercih ettik ve yine aynı şekilde çok memnun kaldık. Otel sürekli gelişme göstermeye çalışan bir otel geçen seneden farklı olarak sahildeki şezlonglara qr kod la sipariş verebiliyorsunuz ve günlük aktivite programları telefonunuza hergün iletiliyor. Yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetli, animasyonlar çok keyifli, günlük aktivitelere katılmamamıza rağmen katılanlar oldukça eğleniyordu, otelin konumu zaten doğal göl üstüne kurulmasına ek olarak hem kendine ait plajı var hem de yeterli büyüklükte ve sayıda havuzu var. Bunlar haricinde bizim için en önemli olan, diğer otellerde sıklıkla yaşadığımız ve bizi rahatsız eden durum her sene çalışanlar değiştiği için çalışan memnuniyeti açısından her yıl değişen hizmet ve kalite sorunuyla karşı karşıya kalıyorduk. Bu otelde çalışanlarla sohbet etme şansı bulduğumda hepsi çalışmaktan büyük keyif aldıklarını belirtiyorlardı zaten dışarıdan bu durum belli oluyordu. Geçen seneki personellerin büyük çoğunluğu bu sene de çalışıyordu ve bu durum bizim için çok önemli. Tek üzüldüğümüz konu geçen seneki animasyonlarda bizi çok eğlendiren Bahadır bey in bu sene ayrılması oldu.
