Rezervasyonumuz olmadığı halde Mrs. Darya bizimle ilgilenip geniş ve konumu iyi masa ayarladı😇 Önden gelen ikram mezesi harikaydı. Siparişleri alıp sunum sağlayan Şiar Hanım a teşekkürler çok ilgili Patates / kabak çiceği meze sunumu ve tadını çok beğendik Ana yemekte Kiev usulü tavuk ve köfteli mantı söyledik . Sunumları o kadar özenli ki Tavuk içi sulu ve dışı çıtır çıtırdı özlemişiz kaliteli tavuk yemeğini Tatlı da tiramisu ve fondant söyledik. Tiramusu da orjinaline bağlı kalıp alkol içerdiğini önden Şiar Hanım belirtti hassasiyeti ve özeni için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Alkol tüketmediğim için tiramisu istemedim ( keşke alkolsüz seçeneği de olsaydı) İçeceği ayrı ayrı almanıza gerek yok 1 ltreden fazla sürahi sunumunda sunulan seçeneklerde var biz mojito istedik ve alkolsüz olarak çok ferahlatıcı tavuk ve köfte yanında çok iyi gitti. Kişi başı 1.000 Tl civarı kaliteli yemeğe göre uygun fiyat düştü Hijyeni ve ilgileri ile mükemmel mekan … Emeklerine sağlık tavsiye ederim. Şehir dışından gelen arkadaşlarımı özellikle götüreceğim bir mekan bulmuş oldum😇
Kremalı karabuğday yatağında servis edilen dana yanak harikaydı. Servis ve diğer tüm konularda ilgilenen güler yüzlü çalışanlarına teşekkürler. Tek bir sorun: Menüde tekrar eden çokça ürün var, farklı ürünmüş gibi hatalı çeviriler denk geldi bir önceki gidişimizde. İmaj ve anlaşılırlık açısından iyi bir durum değil. Tabii tüm bu söylediklerim 6 ay öncesine ait. Not: Mutlaka tiramisudan yemelisiniz...
Bir önceki gün yanındaki UMAMI sushi'ye gittiğimizde bu mekanı gördük ve rezervasyon yaptırdık. İyi ki rezervasyon yaptırmışız çünkü birden mekan doldu ve h boş masa kalmadı. O sebeple rezervasyon önerilir. Başlangıçta getirdikleri çıtır yufkalar ve yanındaki taze domates turşusu beni gerçekten etledi. Bu domatesi sabahtan akşama kadar yerim ya. Acılı humus mükemmeldi, kıvamı ve fesleğenli yağ ile sunumu çok hoş. Bu arada çok acı değil aksine lezzetli bir acısı vardı. Diyecek söz yok. Greek salata içinde, salatalık,domates, baby kapari, peynir, zeytin ve mor soğan vardı. dana bonfile çok güzeldi, etrafındaki püre ve üstündeki mantar sos da başarılıydı. Diğer arkadaşım ise köfte istedi onun da tadına baktım gayet güzeldi.Moldovalı arkadaşım buradaki reçetelerin Moldovadaki gibi olduğunu söyledi. Zaten müşteriler de çoğunlukla yabancıydı. Çok net bir tavırda çok güzel sade ve şık bir menü var. Ayrıca havyan dostu bir işletme ♥️
Geçen yıl bu dönemde gitmiştik. Sahilde birkaç abartılı restoran deneyimimiz olunca tatları güzel, ortamı sakin bir arayışımız olmuştu. Rezervasyon şart, yer bulmak oldukça zor sevilen bir yer :) Başlangıçları çok keyifli, Risotto ve linguine tercih ettik çok güzeldi, deniz ürünleri sevenler için gayet başarılı 👌🏻 Antep fıstıklı fondan ile taçlandırın mutlaka 🌸
