Ah Cahide Hanım ah iyi ki iyi ki ordasınız. Öncelikle Cahide Hanımcım kalp ben. Tatsız bi rezervasyon deneyiminden sonra ilaç gibi geldi öncelikle. Rezeve ettiğimiz masa ile ilgili ufak bi sıkıntı olsa da çok güzel çözdüler sorunu ama açıkçası keyfim azıcık kaçmıştı, ilgisi güler yüzü ile önce keyfim yerine geldi. Kızıma boya, oyuncak vs getirip güzel bi servis açıp ilgilenmesi açıkçası çok mutlu etti. Menüyü ve mezeleri çok güzel tanıttı, ben gibi kararsız birine tak tak nokta atışı meze seçtirdi mesela😀 ambiyans ve ortam zaten çok hoşuma gitmişti, çok tatlı huzurlu ve müthiş keyifli bir yer. Masalar dekorasyon müzikler şahane ama eeen güzeli de lezzetler. Ben gibi sıradan, her yerde aynı olan mezelerden ve lezzetlerden sıkılmışsanız burası tam size de göre. Ben mezelerden atatürk, erikli kabak, avokadolu karidesli enginar ve soslu karnıbahar söyledim, hepsi müthişti. Sosları, lezzeti, tatların uyumu, kullanılan ürün kalitesi çok iyiydi. Sıcak olarak maşuk, balık olarak da aşık special söyledik. Soslu kalamar, karides ve balık içerikli idi ikisi de biri kırmızı kuru domates soslu(maşuk), diğeri (aşık) ise beyaz soslu idi. Kullanılan balıklar ve lezzetleri çok farklı tabii, hatta bence birbirlerini çok güzel dengeleyip tamamlıyorlardı. Ama ikisinin de lezzeti damak çatlatır dedikleri var ya öyle idi bence. Mesela soslardan bağımsız karides ve kalamarın kendileri o kadar lezzetliydi ki asla bi yavan tat, o tatsız kof olanlardan değildi belli. Şef zaten mutfakta ve aynı zamanda mekanın da sahibi imiş. Bir gelişimizde yeni bir meyhaneye denemeye asla gerek yok, aranılan meyhane bulunmuştur.
Buralara göçeli 4. senemin içerisinden daha yeni yorum yapmak aklıma geldi Maşuk’ umuza… İlk geldiğimiz yıldan beri yaz kış keyifle geldiğimiz bu bölgede tek mekan. Müzikleri, atmosferi, peynirli roka salataları, sıcak ot kavurmaları, boranisi ve dahası… Yıllardır hiç lezzeti ve kalitesi değişmeden koruyan tek yer. Gelen her misafirimi getirdiğimiz, sohbetlerimizin neşemize, neşemizin mekanın enerjisine karıştığı bu şahane yeri anlatmaya kelimeler yetmez…. Yine çok güzeldi her şey.. Dün akşam (11.07.25) Maşuk Meyhane’de geçirdiğimiz zaman gerçekten harikaydı! Fix menü tercih ettik ve başından sonuna kadar her şey büyük bir özenle hazırlanmıştı. Mezeler hem çeşit açısından çok zengindi hem de lezzet olarak beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Her tabakta ayrı bir tat, ayrı bir emek vardı. Ara sıcaklar sıcacık geldi ve çok lezzetliydi. Ana yemek olarak gelen balık ise taptaze ve harikaydı, ustanın eline sağlık dedirtecek kadar iyiydi. Mekânın ambiyansı da en az yemekler kadar güzeldi. İçerisi yemyeşil bitkilerle donatılmış, ferah bir atmosfer vardı. Klima sistemi çok iyi çalışıyordu, sıcak bir yaz gününde bile içeri girdiğinizde serinlik ve huzur sizi karşılıyor. Kendinizi Kaş’ın sıcağından değil, bambaşka bir huzur köşesine gelmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. İşletme sahibi başta olmak üzere tüm ekip inanılmaz nazik, ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Her isteğimizle tek tek ilgilenildi, yüzümüzden tebessüm eksik olmadı. Sadece yemek yemek değil, keyifli bir akşam yaşamak istiyorsanız kesinlikle Maşuk Meyhane’yi öneririm.
