Özgür Bey’e ve özellikle bizimle ilgilenen Cem Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz. Mekana girişimizden itibaren öyle sıcak karşılandık ki sanki her zaman gittiğimiz mekanlardan biriydi. Çalışanların profesyonelliklerini saygıyla takdir ediyorum. Mekanın terası çok güzel dekore edilmiş. Manzarası ise harika. Akşam güneşin batışına yakın çok güzel fotoğraflar yakalayabilirsiniz. Biz bu sebeple biraz erken gittik. Yemekten önce güneşin batışını izlerken serinlemek için birer porsiyon vanilyalı&çikolatalı dondurma yedik ve oldukça beğendik. Yemek olarak karidesli levrek ve tavuklu kremalı makarna istedik. İkisinin de lezzeti, porsiyonu fevkalade iyiydi. Tavuklu kremalı makarnanın içinde makarnadan daha çok tavuk vardı. Şarap olarak ise yemeklere uyması için beyaz şarap tercih ettik ve sağolsun Cem Bey bize “Antioche” adında harika bir beyaz şarap önerdi. Öyle lezzetli bir şaraptı ki ikinci şişeyi rica ettik. (Bu şarap Antakya’da yetişen üzümlerden yapılmış. Nitekim Antioche fransızcada Antakya anlamına gelir, aynı şekilde mekanın adı olan “Antioch” ingilizcede Antakya anlamına gelmekte) Tatlı seçenekleri kısıtlı olmasına rağmen yediğimiz limonlu cheesecake bizi epey bi mutlu etti. Limon aroması dengeliydi, keki hafif nemli ve tabanı gevrekti. Kıvamı ise ağızda dağılıyordu. Kalkan’a veya Kaş’a tekrar gidersek Antioch Restoran tercih edeceğimiz ilk mekan olur.
Kalkanda hem manzarasi hem lezzetleri guzel olan ve ağırlıklı olarak antakyalilae tarafindan isletilen mekan. Genelde konsept sarap fakat menude olmasa da isterseniz raki da geliyor. 4 kisi 50’lik gobek, sam kebabi, sarma bonfile, humus, babagannus, icli Kofte, kalamar ve karides soyledik. 7750 tl hesap geldi. Lezzetlerden oldukca memnun kaldik ama favorim sam kebabi :) beklenti altinda kalan tek seyse babagannus oldu, hem cok ufakti hem de lezzet ortalama altiydi ozensiz gibiydi. Icli koftededen de cok etkilenmedim :(
Yıldönümümüzü kutlamak için eşimle gittik. Yemekler doyurucu ve çok lezzetliydi. Mekan çok ferahtı. Çalışanlar sürekli etrafınızda ve çok ilgililer. Sadece Browni çok beğenmedik. Çikolatası ve tadı daha güzel olan çok yerde yedim. Bir de yanında gelen dondurma bilindik bir markanın direkt vanilyalı dondurması. Bu mekana bu fiyatlara daha kaliteli örneğin Maraş dondurması yakışır.
Oldukça hoş tasarımı ve manzarası olan bir mekan. Çalışanlar da son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve bu sektörü bilen insanlar. Menüsü titiz hazırlanmış ve özellikle şarap menüsündeki zenginlik ve yönlendirmeler güzeldi. Gün batımına doğru giderseniz hem aydınlığı hem karanlığı yakalamış olursunuz ve güzel bir günbatımı manzarasında fotoğraf çekebilirsiniz. Yemekler lezzet olarak iyiydi, tabaklamaları da oldukça şıktı. Fiyatlar turistik bir yere göre ortalama diyebilirim. Biz kalkan turumuzun son akşamını burada bir yemek yiyerek noktalamak istedik ve çok memnun kaldık.
