Yemeğimizi terasın güzel manzarasında yedik. Her şeyden önce orada çalışan arkadaşların nazik davranışları için teşekkür ederiz. Son derece misafirperver ve ilgililerdir. İkramları için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Yemekler de verilen yüksek puanı hak ediyor. Ben yemeğimin yanında beyaz şarap sipariş ederken güzelliğinden endişe ediyordum. Siparişi verirken beğenmezseniz hemen değiştiririz diyerek gayet kendilerine güvendiklerini gösterdiler ve sonuçta gayet güzel bir şarap geldi. İkimiz de gayet memnun ayrıldık mekandan. Tekrar Kalkan’a gittiğimizde kesinlikle uğrayacağımız mekan. Ertesi gün arkadaşlarımızla başka bir yer deneyelim dediğimiz de pişman olduk ve keşke Blue Terrace’a gitseydik dedik. Orasının puanı da bu kadar yüksekti ancak Blue Terrace gibi bu kadar yüksek puanı hak etmiyordu. Blue Terrace’ın sizi Pişman etmeyeceğini düşünüyorum.
Bu zamana kadar gittiğim en çok eğlendiğim keyif aldığım mekan. Başta mekan sahibi ibrahim abi olmak üzere bütün çalışanların nazik davranışlarına hayran kaldık. Tatilimizin son gününde geldiğimiz için üzgünüz. Burda daha çok vakit geçirmek isterdik. İlgi alaka gerçekten diyecek bir şey bulamadık. Yemekler mezeler içecekler her şey harikaydı. Kekova gün batımı tekne turu dönüşünde kalkana uğradığımızda geç bir saatte yemek yemek için uğradık. Kapanmaya yakın bir saat olmasına rağmen herkes gayet güleryüzle karşıladı. Balıkta pişirme şeklini değiştirmek istedik kabul ettiler ve gayet lezzetli, çeşitli bir balık tabağı servis ettiler. Bizimle ilgilenen üst kattaki arkadaşların hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve işlerini layıkıyla yapan çocuklardı. Yemek sonunda minik bir nazar boncuğu hediye ettiler. Çok ince bir davranıştı. Kalkana yine gelsem yine gideceğim bir yer olur.
