Rastgele puanından bakıp girmiştim tatilimin her günü gelip başka bir şey denedim başka bir yere gitmek istemedim. Yemekler çok lezzetli ve özenle hazırlandığı belli oluyor. Standart kebap tavuk dışında farklı ürünleri var. Porsiyonları genellikle çok büyük 1.5 porsiyn deseler şaşırtmaz. Karı-koca mutfak ve fırının başındaymış, çocukları da serviste. Hepsiyle tanışma şansı bulduğum için şanslı hissediyorum çok iyi insanlar. Biraz bekleme süresi var, bunu sorduğumda pide harcı dahil her şeyin sipariş üzerinde hazırlandığını, hazır harç kullanamadıklarını söylediler. Özellikle terasında yer bulmak için önceden rezervasyon yaptırın. Kalkana yolu düşen herkese tavsiye ederim
Burası bir aile işletmesiymiş. Annelerinin adı da Gül ve kendisi mutfakta aşçı olarak çalışıyormuş. Bu nedenle mekanın ismi Rose, çok hoşuma gitti ve duygulandırdı. Fileto Levrek, mercimek çorbası ve spaghetti napoliten yedik. Tadları muhteşemdi. Yemek öncesi acıka, peynir ve zeytin ile sarımsaklı ekmek ikramları çok güzeldi. Sunumları daha da samimi ve güzel. Yemekten sonra da çok güzel bir hediye veriyorlar :)
Akşam yemeği icin vejetaryen, karışık pizza, karışık pide ve ortaya peynirli salata söyledik. Hamuru gözümüzün önünde açıyorlar, yemekler sıcacık geldi bir süre yiyemedik. Çalışanlar cok ilgiliydi. Yemekten sonra da soğuk gül kolonyası ikram ettiler ve kadınlara da gül kremi hediye ediyorlarmış cok tatlı cok memnun kaldık.
Mekan sahibi çok temiz, çok titiz ve aşırı güler yüzlü yorumlara bakarak gitmiştik kesinlikle doğru bir karar vermişiz herkesin dediği kadar var yemek sonrası gül suyu ve lokum ikram ettiler kadınlara özel de mis kokulu krem hediye edildi. İlk defa gittik ama tatilimiz boyunca daha gidecek gibi görünüyoruz. 🌹
