Eşimle evlilik yıl dönümümüz için Sade’ye gittik. Sıcak başlangıç tabağı, kalamar ve tavuk dolma tercih ettik. Kalamar bugüne kadar yediklerim içinde en güzeliydi. Tüm yemekler birbirinden başarılıydı. Porsiyonlar çok büyük, hizmet inanılmaz güzeldi. Hem rahatsız etmiyorlar hem de samimi bir şekilde bir ihtiyacınız olup olmadığını sık sık takip edebiliyorlar. Biz sokağa bakan balkon kısmında oturduk, dışarıyı izleyerek yemek çok keyifliydi. Servis ücreti olmadığı gibi yemeğin sonunda ikramda bulunmak istediler. Gerçekten çok doyduğumuz için başta reddettik. Fakat sonra başka bir beyefendi gelip ikramda ısrar edince çay istedik. Yanında lokumla servis ettiler lokum bile çok lezzetliydi. Tüm bunların yanında bence en önemlisi mekanda yabancı misafirler de olmasına rağmen en ufak bir ayrımcılık yoktu. Son derece güler yüzlü ağırlandık. Maalesef Türk insanı olarak artık özlem duyduğumuz hareketler bunlar. Kalkan’a bir daha geldiğimizde yine Sade’yi tercih ederiz. Bu güzel akşam için teşekkürler
Kalkana her gelişimizde tercih ettiğimiz; yemeklerinden, kokteyllerine, ilgi alakasına her şeyin dört dörtlük olduğu bir mekan. Et sevenler için bonfile seçenekleri, balık tercih etmek isteyenler içinse levrek harika, özellikle de yanında gelen sosu. Kokteyller özenilerek hazırlanıyor, hem klasik kokteyller hem de imza kokteylleri gayet başarılı. Salatalıklı bir kokteylleri var, tadı gayet başarılıydı. Personelin ilgi, alakası ve mekanın ikramları ise cabası. Fiyatlar da aynı menüyü sunan farklı restoranlardan farklı değil, o yüzden Kalkanda iseniz hiç seçenek aramakla uğraşmayıp kesinlikle denemeniz gereken bir mekan. Umarım Kalkana tekrar yolumuz düşer de tekrar Sadede bir akşam geçirme şansımız olur.
Kalkan da ilk akşam yemeğimizi burada yedik. Tam bir hizmet ve lezzet şöleni ile karşılaştık. İlgi, alaka o kadar iyi ki sizi memnun etmek için üst düzey bir çabaları var. Biz kuzu pirzola ve bonfile yedik ve lezzetlerine bayıldık. Özellikle bizimle ilgilenen hanımefendi mekanın çıtasını daha da yükseltiyor. Beyaz çikolatalı sufle önerisine uyduk ve bugüne kadar ki en lezzetli sufleyi yedik. Mekan 10/10 kesinlikle tavsiyemizdir.
