Sakız Adasına karşı günbatımını denize karşı mutlaka deneyimleyin.Akşam yemeğini badem ağacının altında denize karşı imbat esintisinde aldık. 20 Ağustos da doğum günümü de aynınyerde kutladık benim favorim sakin sesiz ve huzurlu yerler.Nergis Festivalinde de kış ortamını merak ettiğim Fintoz çok kalabalıktı. Nergis festivalinde Yemek menüsü muhteşemdi Deniz Levreği Ege. Otları ve mezeler çok lezzetliydi.17 Ocak İzmir'in en soğuk gecesinde şömineler Ve ısıtıcılar ile ortam çok güzeldi .Kahvaltıda kendi bahçelerinden topladıkları ürünleri taze olarak servis etmeleri kahvaltıya başka bir değer katmaktadır.Yaz döneminde deniz ve koylar için yeniden mutlaka geleceğiz.
Keyifli dağ yollarından sonra ulaştığımız çok tatlı bir köy ve sonrasında otelimiz. Hava soğuk olduğu için yemek alanında hiç sönmeyen bir şöminemiz ve sobamız vardı. Bunun için sevgili Sadık’a çok teşekkür ederiz. :) Akşam yemeğinde lezzetli mezeler, salatalar ve çok iyi pişirilmiş levreğimiz vardı. Sabah kahvaltımız da gayet yeterli ve doyurucu idi. Bunun için de sevgili Fahriye’ye çok teşekkür ederiz. İşletme sahibi, güleryüzlü, özverili ve çalışkan bir ekiple çalıştığı için çok şanslı. Çok sıcaklarda değilse bile bahar aylarında keyifli olacağını düşünüyorum ve havalar biraz ısındığında tekrar gelmeyi planlıyorum. 🦋
Bu sene nergis festivali için gittiğimiz karaburun'da fintoz butika'da konakladık. Festival havanın soğuk olmasına rağmen çok güzel ve çok kalabalıktı. Yorgun ve soğuk bir günün ardından festival alanına yaklaşık 25/30 dk uzaklıktaki konaklayacagımız otelimize geçtik, resimlerde göründüğündende çok güzel, bir otel, tamamı taş yapı, doğayla içiçe, kartpostallık bir manzara. Personelin ilgisi güler yüzlülüğü, içimizi ısıtırken, şöminenin sıcaklığıda ortamı ısıtmıştı zaten. Odalar deniz manzaraları konforlu ve temizdi. Tavsiye üzerine akşam yemeğinde oğlak tandır tercih ettik, yemekleri mezeleri , kahvaltısı her şey çok lezzetli ve güzeldi, restaurant nergis çiçekleriyle donatılmıştı. Her taraf mis gibi kokmuştu. Otelin bünyesinde ki sanat ve sergi salonunda ressam Feriha Dağlı’nın nergis temalı sergisini gezme fırsatı bulduk Küçük bir eleştiri dış mekan aydınlatması biraz yetersiz. ve dönüş yolunda ıldır üzerinden Balıklıova ya geçtik yollarda iki- üç noktada çukurlar var umarım bir an önce dolgu yapılır.
