Üç arkadaş olarak ziyaret ettiğimiz bu mekânı uzun zamandır sosyal medyadan takip ediyordum ve beklentimin fazlasıyla karşılandığını söyleyebilirim. Ortamın sıcaklığı, mezelerin özenle hazırlanmış olması ve şarap eşliğinde geçen sohbet gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Kuzu şiş porsiyonları gayet doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Ufak bir aksilik olarak birkaç sinir parçasına denk geldik ama bunu sohbet arasında servis personeline söylediğimizde konuyu hemen nazik bir şekilde yöneticilere ilettiler. Kısa süre içinde yanımıza gelen yetkili arkadaş, içtenlikle özür dileyip ilgili porsiyonları ücretlendirmeyeceklerini belirtti. Biz kabul etmek istememize rağmen ikramlar yaparak gönlümüzü aldılar. Bu yaklaşım, müşteri memnuniyetine verdikleri değeri çok net gösteriyor. Samimi ama asla rahatsız edici olmayan servis anlayışı, güler yüzlü çalışanları ve işletmenin kaliteli yaklaşımı sayesinde çok güzel bir akşam geçirdik. Annem ve küçük köpeğimle birlikte 4 gece kaldık.. temizlik muhteşemdi mis gibi kokuyordu heryer.. 1. Kat deniz manzaralı odanın konumu manzarası şahaneydi..Denizi keza anlatılmaz güzellikteydi.. öğleden sonraya kadar biraz dalgalı ama sonrası muhteşem.. yemekler çok lezzetli fiyatlar makuldü.. yalnız menü çok kısıtlıydı.. annem yaşlı insan çorba köfte spaghetti bulamadı.. birde engelli ve annem gibi kalça ameliyatı geçirmişler için pek uygun olmadı. Çünkü basamaklarda Trabzan yoktu ve denize inen 3-4 basamakta da trabzan yoktu. Keşke olsaydı annem de denize girebilseydi.. ayrıca serviste biraz aksamalar vardı 3 siparişimiz getirilmedi unutuldu. Ama tüm garson ve yetkililer çok güler yüzlü çok samimi ve sıcaktı.. Ayrıca çok hayvanseverdi bütün personel. Hepsi oğlumu sevdiler.. hiçbir rahatsız edici davranışla karşılaşmadık. Hafta sonuna doğru bayağı kalabalıklaştı ama biz pazartesiden cumaya kadar çok rahat ettik.. Biraz yaşlı ve engellileri düşünerek tuvaleti çok yüksek basamaklı yapmasalar trabzansız basamakları düzenleseler gerçekten şahane bir yer olur.. gençlere çok çok tavsiye ederim.
Eşimle birlikte minik bir kaçamak yapmak istediğimiz için bir gece konakladık ve genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu ve manzarası adeta yeryüzündeki cennet gibiydi. Özellikle odamızın manzarası insanın içini ferahlatan türdendi, denizin o eşsiz görüntüsünün yanı sıra dalga seslerine karışan ağustos böceklerinin sesini işitmek tarifsizdi. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, kendimizi gerçekten çok iyi hissettirdiler. Yemekler ve mezeler oldukça lezzetliydi, özellikle mezeler özenle hazırlanmış gibiydi. Ancak fiyatların biraz yüksek olduğunu da belirtmek isterim. Konakladığımız odada bazı küçük teknik sıkıntılar vardı: WC’de su kaçırma problemi mevcuttu ve kapı zor açılıp kapanıyordu. Bu küçük aksaklıklar dışında genel olarak huzurlu, keyifli bir deneyimdi. Doğayla iç içe, sakin bir tatil arayanlar için tavsiye edebilirim.
