Ne desem nereden başlasam. Ben lahana çorbası ile başladım. Klasik giresun-ordu yöresinin lahana çorbası gibi iri taneli, mısır lezzeti yoğun bir çorbaydı. Eşim balık çorbası içti. Levrekten yapılmış, çok beğendi. Meze olarak haydari, atom ve börülce söyledik. Hepsi çok lezizdi. Kekik salatası maalesef yoktu onu çok merak etmiştik. Ara sıcakta kalamar , güveçte karides ve bence masanın yıldızı deniz ürünlü eşkere böreği yedik. Böreği 24 saat yersiniz yani öyle bir lezzet. Biz ana yemek söylemedik. Ekmek çeşitleri yeterli ve ekmekler sıcak ve lezzetliydi. Ballı kaskata tatlısı söyledik. İrmik bal ve karamelle yapılmış dondurma ile servis ediliyor. Mekanın sahibi ve aynı zamanda şef giresunluymuş. Gerçekten büyük bir alkışı hak ediyor. Fiyatlar gayet makul hatta son zamanlarda gittiğim yerlerin ne kadar balon fiyatlara sahip olduğunu bana gösterdi. Bu lezzete bu fiyatlar çok normal. İstanbuldaki yeni favori deniz ürünleri restoranımız burası oldu. Müdavimi olacağımızdan eminiz. Tuvalet temizdi. Mekan tertemiz ve ferah. Otopark sahil boyunca mevcut. Biz haftaiçi gittik müsatti. Belki yazın kalabalık olur.

Hep adını duyduğum ama bir türlü gidemediğim Eşkere Balık’a bugün gitmek kısmet oldu, iyi ki de olmuş😋 Gerçekten EF SA NE… Eşkere böreği ve portakal soslu levreği şahaneydi… Yediğimiz tüm mezeler, salata,Eşkere tatlısı herbiri ayrı lezzet bombası. Ortam çok nezih, tertemiz (ki bence en önemli şey) çalışanlar çok ilgili ve nazik. Mekânın ambiyansı, dekorasyon detayları kusursuz bir uyum içinde. Menüdeki her tabak, hem görsel hem de lezzet açısından adeta bir sanat eseri. Kullanılan malzemelerin tazeliği, şefin dokunuşuyla birleşince ortaya unutulmaz bir gastronomi deneyimi çıkıyor. Servis ekibinin nazik, ilgili ve profesyonel tavrı da bu deneyimi taçlandırdı.
