Cracking day out doing a 3.5hr tour to see the blue cave, submarine tunnels, Perast and Our Lady of the Rocks. 7 of us, paid €35 per person and had the boat to ourselves. Our skipper Vuk was excellent - extremely skilled in manoeuvring the boat in and around the caves and being flexible to our plans. Would definitely recommend, and don’t forget a jumper as the wind can get cool.

We booked a private tour around the Bay of Kotor for our wedding anniversary and highly recommend going private. You get to choose which islands and villages on the bay you’d like to visit. When there are multiple tourists boats docked at the Lady of the Rock near Perast, you’ll appreciate having the option to take photos of the church from your boat and then move along. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Boating around the bay and enjoying the gorgeous scenery and stunning architecture is a relaxing way to see the region. The blue caves were cool, but if it’s a cool or windy day, the weather isn’t ideal for swimming inside. I would opt for visiting Perast for lunch and one other town to take photos instead of the caves, which are very far and take up one hour of the 3.5 hour experience.
