Great location and charming room Beautifully located right in the heart of the old town. Our room was tastefully decorated, featuring a minibar and even a fireplace, which made it feel extra cozy. There is no elevator but that was not a problem for us. The hotel sits on a small lively square with at least three restaurants just steps away. Excellent service and a great overall experience. It was the perfect final stop after a 7 day cycling trip through Montenegro, Bosnia and Albania.
Strongly recommended place to stay in Kotor. The location is unbeatable being in the old town. Our room was large, clean and quiet. But the best part is the service. Even before we arrived, we received a WhatsApp message asking if we needed help and also gave us instructions on how to get there. Then the Manager there - Nikoleta - she was very kind in answering all our questions and helped us to find a driver/car for Sarajevo, Then even when it was not requested, she offered packed meals for us to take on our trip given that our journey was starting very early at 7am and we would have missed breakfast. This was really surprising and showed a wonderful level of service which even 5-star hotels may not provide. We were very touched and very grateful. It gave us a very positive impression of the hotel and the people of Montenegro.
This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Hidden inside the labirent middle age streets of Kotor, this hotel is certainly a wonderful place for accommodation when you visit Kotor. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable. It is a minute walk to the old town area. The breakfast is given at a cafe which is located just in the old town square. Highly recommended
Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. First off, the location is in the heart of the old town, which is beautiful but also has its challenges. There's no parking at the hotel itself, so we had to park outside the old town and pay. The parking options were €2.50 per hour or €0.80 per hour, which added to the overall cost. The host was very accommodating and friendly, and the service we received from them was great. The rooms were clean, albeit a bit dated with vintage furniture, but that wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately, we did notice mold in the room, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, although everything else was tidy and smelled nice. Breakfast was included and served at a nearby restaurant. It offered two hot drinks, a cold drink, and a meal. Options were limited, especially if you don't eat pork, with choices like eggs, cheese, and croissants. On the first day, we had a meal that left us feeling ill for three days—possibly due to food poisoning. The waitress was disinterested and didn’t provide great service, which was disappointing. The old town itself didn’t have much to offer in terms of activities, but there were plenty of restaurants and bars. This also meant it was quite noisy in the evenings, especially since our room's windows were near the stairs of a restaurant, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, for the price, I wouldn't recommend it for the parking part and the location. However, be prepared for some noise and consider dining elsewhere if breakfast is important to you.
