We stopped off at Monte Cristo for a coffee. The waiter had told us they had the best Tiramisu. Naturally we didn't believe him as we'd tried many Tiramisu in London, Paris and many places in Italy and were disappointed at each time. We ordered a Tiramisu and a local delight , Krempita (I think). What we received was not disappointing at all. The presentation was masive and the taste was fantastic right down to the alcohol in the very bottom. Finally after 7 weeks & many disappointments we finally found the best Tiramisu in Europe. My partner never finishes a desert and to my surprise she gobbled hers up too , after a tiny taste was swapped between us.
