Even though we arrived very late and without a reservation, they quickly arranged for a room to be cleaned for us. While we waited, they offered us drinks. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. It's truly a family-friendly hotel. The owner Artan, his wife, and their son Alex were all very helpful with everything. They served a wonderful and varied breakfast, and the buffet area was also very clean. The location is central — we were able to walk everywhere. This is one of the few places in Albania that I can wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you so much for everything. Love from Turkey!
The hosts were amazing, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice. The place is quiet but still close to everything. You have public beach in just 5-7 minutes walking, grocery stores - one in 2 mins walking and other stores at the end of the street which were not far everything approx 8-15 mins walking. Restaurants were everywhere and for every taste.
I'd like to begin my review by thanking the Abedini family. I highly recommend Villa Abedini, where we stayed during our one-week stay in Ksamil. We had originally booked another hotel through booking.com, but when that hotel told us that payment was only cash and they didn't accept credit cards, we decided to cancel our stay. While searching for a hotel, we stumbled upon Villa Abedini by chance. They had just checked out, and despite it being late in the evening, they quickly prepared and gave us a room. The friendly and warm Abedini family also gave us many suggestions, including places to visit. My wife and I, both tourism professionals and hoteliers, were completely satisfied with Villa Abedini. I highly recommend Abedini to anyone considering a Ksamil vacation. Its location is within walking distance of all the beaches and the center of Ksamil. I hope we'll have the chance to stay there again someday. The place is really calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and getting away from all the noise. At the same time, it’s close to everything you need: beaches, restaurants, and shops.
