She wanted to pamper me. When we checked in, we found out that what the travel agency had promised her didn't match the room that had been booked for us. My daughter was devastated, as this wasn't the vacation she had imagined. She was on the verge of tears. Your incredibly wonderful and sweet receptionist, Sotiria, magically solved our problem, so we still had a five-star experience at your hotel. Porto Plomari has the most beautiful infinity pool and is just a few steps from the loveliest swim in the sea. It's everything one could dream of if looking for a relaxing luxury getaway. Even though we have booked for two persons and a child on the phone, pretty clearly and understandable.. when we arrived with our daughter they were looking at us like we were ghosts! They said that they dont accept children in the restaurant and that they couldn’t do nothing even though we have traveled from the other side of Lesvos! Totally unprofessional, unacceptable behaviour from the stuff! Uneducated and bad mannered!! Ps we even talked about the baby’s STROLLER in the phone so the fact that they misheard is out of the plan.
