We spent five very enjoyable nights at the beautiful boutique hotel Utopia Suites in late October last year. The hotel was ideally situated in a quiet part of the old town, and within a couple of minutes’ walk of bars, shops and restaurants. We booked a King Suite with a spa bath, and it truly was fit for a king. There was a full kitchenette with cooking facilities, that we never used apart from coffee. We had a nice sized living area, a generous bathroom, a sleeping area and a patio with hot tub and dining table. For even more outdoor space there was a shared courtyard at the front with another table and chairs and lovely nighttime view of the local mosque which was beautifully lit up. The patio was a wonderful for our breakfasts each morning and the courtyard worked well for an evening glass of wine. Our hosts, Effie and Yiannis, were simply superb as was the lady that cooked the breakfasts. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name. They were all so helpful, especially when my husband became unwell and I hurt my ankle. They just couldn’t make more effort to help us out. We were asked each day what time we wanted breakfast and it was bought to our room each morning. The breakfasts were wonderful and absolutely huge! I don’t think we finished one on any day. It included cereals, nuts, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, pastries, hot food, coffee and juices. The omelettes and the meatballs were simply superb, and in the end we had to ask them to bring us less food. Everything was top quality and very enjoyable. We organised our transfers with our booking, as Rhodes Old Town is car free for most of the day. The transfers, like everything else, were perfectly organised, and our driver met us at the airport and took us to one of the old town gates. There we were met by a lady driving an electric golf cart and she ferried us through the incredible old town to the hotel. It was a perfect way to arrive. If you want to stay in a hotel where you are pampered and cossetted in a wonderful medieval town, you simply cannot go past Utopia Luxury Suites. Thank you Effie and Yiannis for making our holiday so very enjoyable.
We had an excellent stay here! The room with a private hot tub was the true highlight of our vacation—it was absolutely worth every extra euro added to the price. It made our trip feel luxurious and relaxing. The hotel's location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the medieval city, putting us within easy walking distance of everything. If you're traveling by car, parking is stress-free. We consistently found a free parking lot near Cyclopolis, which was only a five-minute walk back to the hotel. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our room was spacious, offering various comfortable spots for sitting, eating, and relaxing. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast, served conveniently in our room, was a tasty and generous spread that included a traditional mix of omelets, granola, cheese, yogurt, and a fresh fruit plate. It was sufficient and delicious. We also appreciated that the hosts were happy to accommodate requests for modifications, substitutions, or additional items. Bottom line: Highly recommended. We would absolutely try to stay here again on our next visit!
Rhodes is a magnificent island, and Utopia is the coziest place in old town. | was so warmly welcomed by dear Efi and Yiannis! Their house was a real gem - clean and cozy, literally everything you could need, a delicious breakfast, perfect in the heart of the old town, and a magical evening in the jacuzzi. In places where everything is done with love, you feel at home! With all my heart | wish only the best for you and your amazing hotel!
Had an absolutely amazing stay here. Very clean, very spacious (we had the room with the private pool). The breakfast was delicious and so much food. And the main thing that made this place so good were the hosts. From start to finish they were super. Went above and beyond. Very friendly, and are so accommodating with us. Due to them having a late check in, we were able to stay until 18:30 when we left for our flight. It is a very central location. I highly recommend this accommodation.
