Probably the best we ate in Samos. That's why we ended up going here again. Most of the other places were rather disappointing. We had good service and good food here. I especially liked their talagari cheese with homemade tomato jam and pork in mustard sauce. I could also suggest having beans with sausage rather than cheese. Other than these meatballs and beetroot salad is also really good.

To Magazaki Pou Legame is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal in Mytilinioi. The food was nice and filling, with generous portions that leave you satisfied. A highlight which is worth mentioning that we really recommend is the fried feta cheese with honey and sesame.

We had a nice meal under a big leafy tree. We had the dish of the day (slow cooked goat in a tomato sauce), beans cooked with cheese, chickpeas balls, and a Greek salad. Everything was fresh and tasteful! At the end of the meal, we had a unique homemade dessert made of either pumpkin or of butter beans! The service was great and the owners very kind.

This is one of those authentic Greek places you want to keep as a personal memory of greatness.. but for the family who run it I suggest you get yourself there if staying in Pythagorio(12mins by car).. they respond quickly by FB if you want to book. Heaving with locals when we arrived at 8pm. Great table under the trees in a little square. We had the eggplant rolls in feta/tomato, honey fried cheese and pork in red sauce.. the fried pita that came with the meal was spot on 👌 Big portions and we were two very full Aussies! Great value compared to town. Highly recommend!
