Bugüne kadar yediğim en iyi burger olabilir. Bir tiftik burger (620 TL), bir mantarlı burger (560 TL) aldık. İkisi de çok başarılıydı ama mantarlıyı görece daha çok sevdim. Ekmeğinin tazeliği, eti, sosları, olması gerektiği kadar ıslak olması kuru olmaması muazzamdı. Daha da üstüne nasıl başka burgerlerden yiyebilirim bilemiyorum 😊 öncesinde bamya turşusu(çok çok iyiydi) ve 4 farklı sos geliyor. Patatesler de İngiltere'nin fish&chips patateslerini anımsattı bana. Gözümüzün önünde soyularak donuk olmayan şekilde yapılıyor. Dolayısıyla burger yanında değil ayrıca fiyatlandırılıyor. Mekan da sevimli çok büyüm değil ama lezzetler çok büyük. Ayrıca sahipleri de çok hoş sohbet ve kibarlar. Park yeri bulunmuyor Selimiye'de genel olarak. Bir şekilde uzağa bırakıp gelebilirsiniz. Selimiye'ye gidiyorsanız burayı mutlaka deneyin.

Kendi yapım sosları ve ikram ettikleri bamya turşuları da çok lezzetli. Burger olarak bir tiftik ve bir mantarlı denedik. İkisi de çok iyiydi. Sos dengesi, ekmeğin yumuşaklığı, etin pişme derecesi vs tam kıvamında idi. Burgerleri menü olarak bulunmuyor, patatesi ve içeceği ayrı söylüyorsunuz. Patates 1 porsiyonu 2 kişi için oldukça yeterli. Kendi taze soydukları patatesten yapıyorlar. Masaya getirdikleri ikram soslar da oldukça güzel. Hem lezzet hem de doyuruculuk olarak iyi bir mekan. İşletmecileri de hoşsohbet ve tatlı insanlar. Burgerlerin lezzeti ,anne patatesi ,el yapimi limonata ve soslar bizleri mest etti. Yediğimiz kaburgalı cheddar patates muhteșemdi ve kullanılan füme kaburga lezizdi.üç arkadaş olarak seçtiğimiz tiftik burger /füme burger /mantarli burger ‘den hepsine puanımız 10 üzerinden 10. Ev yapimi mayonezde belki kimyon birazcık daha az olabilirdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye!Burger seçimi sizlere kalmış;)
