Nisan ayında henüz sezon açılış hazırlıkları yapılırken Selimiye’de 2 gece konakladık. Sardunya Restaurant’ta 2 gün yemek yedik. Yediğimiz tüm mezeler ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi. İlk gün yediğimiz yemeklerin adisyonunu görsellere ekledim, ikinci günü çekmedim. İlk gün özel seri 35lik rakı, enginar salatası (1/2), paçanga, şakşuka, beyaz peynir, midye mezesi, mevsim salata ve kalamar için 4.600 TL hesap ödedik. Kalamar özellikle çok güzeldi, diğer mekanlarda gelen portiyonun 2 katıydı. İkinci gün Clup Rakı 35lik, girit ezme, taze bakla, şakşuka, deniz mahsullu borek, 2 porsiyon Lahoz Balığıçin 6.200 TL hesap ödedik. Balık tercihimizi bu yönde kullanma nedenimiz farklı bir balık olsun, tadalım diye dusunmemizdi. Tadı mezgiti andırıyor. Mekan, calisanlar, manzara, konum her sey cok guzeldi. Yazin tekneyle de gelinirse ugranilacak bir yer, zaten çok dolu oluyormus, rezervasyonsuz yer bulmak cok zormus. Kaliteli hizmet ve ilgiliniz icin tesekkurler.
Fiyatlar gereksiz pahalı, ama yemekler ve mezeler lezzetli. Lagos balığı, Çökertme kebabı, acılı ezmeyi, kabak çiçeği dolmasını ve ismini hatırlayamadığım avokadolu olan salatasını kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ancak şunu da unutmamak gerekir; Selimiye’nin en pahalı yerleri arasına çok rahat girer.
Dün eşimle birlikte bu mekâna gittik. Saat yaklaşık 17.30 civarıydı, iskeledeki masalara servisler yerleştiriliyordu ve henüz hazır değildi; bu nedenle üst katta bir masaya oturduk. Roka salatası sipariş ettik, boyut olarak 2-4 kişi için gayet idealdi. Denediğimiz tüm mezeler çok lezzetliydi. Ana yemek olarak lagos balığı tercih ettik; balık çok iyi pişmişti ve kesinlikle kurutmamışlardı. Buraya gelmek isteyenlere, özellikle sezon içinde önden rezervasyon yaptırmalarını öneririm. Biz erken bir saatte geldiğimiz için rahatça yer bulabildik. Yemeklerin yanında Tekirdağ rakısı tercih ettik ve kişi başı yaklaşık 4000 TL civarında bir hesap ödedik. Fiyatların yüksek olduğunu göz önünde bulundurarak, bu deneyimi değerlendirmek isteyenlere burayı tavsiye ederim.
Restoranda çok sayıda kedi var ve masalara çıkacak, üstünüze tırmanacak kadar istila etmişler. Yiyecekler fena değil, lezzetli, fakat bir çok iyi diyeceğiniz restorandan daha iyi değil. Bu nedenle fiyat/lezzet rasyosuna göre puan düştü. Erken saatte gelinmesi, çabuk kalkılacak denmesine ve tüm masaların boş olmasına rağmen istenilen ön masalara oturtulmamak da hizmet sektörü için olumsuz. Kalkarken hala masalar boştu. Sadece 4 masa dolmuştu. Anlarım, kendi bakış açıları. Olan müşteri bize yetiyor bakış açısı. Bir çok prestijli restoran daha iyi yönetmişti.
