However, some practical concerns have been raised. Several guests mentioned that the hotel’s infrastructure faces challenges due to an increase in room numbers, leading to occasional overcrowding and minor maintenance issues. Noise insulation between rooms could be improved, as well as the water pressure and bathroom fixtures. The tap water is not drinkable, creating dissatisfaction among all-inclusive guests who find bottled water prices at the hotel quite high.
Entertainment offerings appear modest, with quiet music at the pool and less popular activities like aqua aerobics. The hotel atmosphere remains peaceful—ideal for those valuing tranquility over animated nightlife.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff is amazing. Always looking to make you feel comfortable. The ladies at the reception changed our room when we asked for it. Also, the food was great, my friend needed special diet, gluten free, it was always there, and also sweets gluten free, when we asked for it. And the staff who waited on us during our dinning was polite, helpful, smiling all the time. Thank you so much!
very kind and helpful staff, the location is not bad, but the rooms are in a steep hill and sometimes you have to wait for the golf cart up to 10 minutes. i had all inclusive and the food was great. the only problem- and the reason i didn’t give five stars is the problem with drinking water. the tap water isn’t drinkable, but in the all inclusive the water is the same disgusting water that comes from the tap, which they told us not to drink (same taste). you could buy bottled water at the bar but for a ridiculous amount of money (in a supermarket 4 mins by car you can get the 6 bottles for the price of one at the hotel) i found it disappointing that for the money you pay , you don’t even get drinkable water and have to buy for extra even if you have all inclusive which isn’t cheap apart from the water problem it was a lovely stay! BONUS TIP at hive water park you can play tennis on a nice court on the beach( for free), unfortunately no one told us and we found it out only on the last day
A nice place with breakfast included and a pool, very close to Trypiti beach, cave and waterpark. The staff was kind and helpfull, rooms were clean, we had sweets in the fridge and water waiting for us in the room. Breakfast was good and you had options to choose from (8:00 - 10:30). Everyone was enjoying the bar - snacks and drinks - in the evenings and some pool / air-hockey. Wifi is very poor (not working in the evenings), you have to cross the main street to get to the beach, the hotel is a bit isolated so you need to drive to other taverns / shops / Limenaria promenade. Also it gets really dark outside (no garden lights, around the first building anyway) and we like some outside light coming in the room - so bring a small outlet light if needed. The bed sheets and towels were a bit run-down from time.
Overall, the hotel is 4 out of 5. Stylish. But it seems the number of rooms has increased since opening, so the infrastructure was not coping well with the number of people. The hotel needs cosmetic repairs. Food 5 out of 5, very tasty. Breakfast is standard every day. Lunch and dinner are different every day. The choice is quite limited. Staff 4.5 out of 5. Reception administrators, waiters, bartenders and car drivers are very friendly, always tried to help. One of the bartenders on one of the first days was very unfriendly (maybe something happened to him), which was reflected in the rating. Silence 5 out of 5. But we were very lucky with our neighbors. If the neighbors were noisy, then the rest would not have been successful - the walls of the rooms almost do not stop the noise. The rooms are located far from the pool, which significantly reduced the noise. Entertainment 2 out of 5. The music was cool, but very quiet, and it was not heard at all by the pool. The entertainment offered by the hotel (DJ and aqua aerobics - very unpleasant), the entertainment offered by the friendly hotel is an attempt to make money on tickets and promote an additional dinner.
