Profesyonel bir mimari tasarım olduğunu düşünmüyorum fakat bu hissi vermesi de tesadüf olamaz gibi! Hizmet; konusunda puan kırmaya elim gitmedi. Oysa kırmam gereken nedenler de vardı. Birkaç siparişimiz yanlış geldi. Ama o kadar ilgili bir şekilde defalarca af dileyerek gereğini yapıp olması gerektiği haliyle sundular ki… Samimiyetleri yeter. İnsanlık halidir öbürü. Lezzet; dil balığı yedim. Çok üzüldüm. Ne yazık ki son derece kuru ve lezzetsizdi. Görseldekiler fotoğrafını çekmeyi unutmadıklarım. Hepsi ortalama üstüydü. Kalamar; yediğim en iyi 5 kalamar tavadan biriydi.

Özellikle kış aylarında ve hafta içi günlerde sakin, sessiz bir ortamda kafa dinleyip keyifli sohbetler edebileceğiniz bir mekân. Misafirlerinizi gönül rahatlığıyla ağırlayabilirsiniz. Restoran deneyimim oldukça fazla olduğu için rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim ki buradaki mezeler gerçekten üst düzey. Hem malzeme kalitesi hem de lezzet açısından birçok restorandan net bir şekilde ayrışıyor. Balıkların pişirilmesi konusunda ise ızgara başındaki usta, balıkları tam olması gerektiği gibi; kıvamında ve ustalıkla hazırlıyor. Damak zevki gelişmiş olanlar bu pişirme kalitesini ilk lokmada anlayacaktır. Bu fark, diğer restoranlarla kıyaslandığında çok net hissediliyor. Servis kalitesi ve personelin ilgisi de oldukça profesyonel. Bu mekâna gelen kişilerin memnun kalmaması neredeyse imkânsız. Emeği geçen tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Özbek denince artık ilk akla gelen, marka değerine ulaşmış bir mekân.
