Was für ein Tag auf See... 10 Std. Privat Sailing... Wir hatten so ein Glück mit dem Wetter, keine Wellen es schien als würden wir über einen Spiegel gleiten. Unser Skipper Ioakeim segelte mit der Calypso zu verschiedenen Buchten und hatte zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten die passenden Informationen. Das smaragdgrüne Wasser ist einfach der Blickfang... Vielen Dank, es hat uns sehr gefallen.
Frisch und sehr lecker
**This is a review on the Kefalonia to Ithaca private excursion, departing from Sami. Long story short- what they advertise on their website, they do not deliver on. There were quality and safety concerns while on the boat (broken swim ladder, no toilet paper, almost crashing into another boat, stinky interior). When asked for feedback, they get super defensive, uncooperative, and start lying about the services they’re supposed to provide. They have no interest in making things right. Also, do NOT pay for any additional services in advance (snorkeling equipment, SUP, etc.) We were provided with broken, mismatched, and worn down snorkeling equipment but paid €20/pp for our own gear to be provided. When asking for a refund for the snorkeling equipment (€40 total), they implied we were ungrateful and should be thanking them instead of complaining. I wound up blocking them on WhatsApp. We were looking forward to this excursion the most, and it turned out to be the worst experience we had in the 2.5 weeks we spent in Greece. The swim spots were beautiful, the skipper and his mate were nice, but I would advise anyone considering this cruise to look elsewhere. Also, if you value your time, do not book this. All other boats (small and large) were getting to and from places so much faster and made better use of their time. Aegean Sea Cruises’s customer service is terrible so if anything goes wrong, be prepared for them to tell you to kick rocks. They contract out to other companies to do their tours (learned after the fact) and take no accountability.
