We expected more involvment in mussels collections and work around it. It s basically ceossing the lake on boat with a short stop to see a mussle bed and get 10 min info (the group was big so didnt want to bother and kept quiet even if i was not sure i did understand what is the guide saying) to the restaurant. No cooking together as it was in the description, on the other hand we tasted 3 different mussel dishes instead of 2. Overall great dinner 👍
