We were 6 couples and spent 4 days in Thassos. We found that Tavernaki has the best food – we tried many different dishes and all of them were delicious. The pita with tzatziki is outstanding, the mixed fish plate is sensational, the fried calamari is excellent, and the fried zucchini is like chips – so, so tasty! We also recommend the moussaka. Honestly, every single dish was delicious! The staff is very kind and creates a cozy atmosphere; we truly felt at home. We highly recommend this place – Joros treats each guest with great care and makes sure everyone feels well taken care of.

We had lunch at Tavernaki and it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and fun. Giorgios took care of us and made sure everything we chose was just right. And the highlight… their portokalopita with ice cream …simply the best we’ve ever had!
