We were 6 couples and spent 4 days in Thassos. We found that Tavernaki has the best food – we tried many different dishes and all of them were delicious. The pita with tzatziki is outstanding, the mixed fish plate is sensational, the fried calamari is excellent, and the fried zucchini is like chips – so, so tasty! We also recommend the moussaka. Honestly, every single dish was delicious! The staff is very kind and creates a cozy atmosphere; we truly felt at home. We highly recommend this place – Joros treats each guest with great care and makes sure everyone feels well taken care of.
Amazing place! We had lunch or dinner there every day of our vacation and we wish we had a restaurant like that at home too! Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious!! The best restaurant on the island! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge – you definitely won’t leave hungry. The staff is friendly and always smiling, and the service is impressively fast. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!
We had lunch at Tavernaki and it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and fun. Giorgios took care of us and made sure everything we chose was just right. And the highlight… their portokalopita with ice cream …simply the best we’ve ever had! Thank you for the warm hospitality, we’ll definitely be back!
